GBNever using this website again After sending e-mail after e-mails, I finally got a respond to why my order was 1 week late after I ordered express shipping. They over sold my pre-workout, and didn't bother to tell me. When they finally responded to me, they did not offer to refund. They did offer however to throw some free shakers, and other free things into to my purchase as an apology. After waiting for one month to receive my package there was only the pre workout, and nothing of what I was promised. If I could give supplement central a worse review I would. Zero stars for customer service, zero stars for delivery time, zero stars for satisfaction.

GBShipping issues/customer service issues The shipping date was rescheduled 3 times and resulted in delivery being five or six days late. This caused me to have to buy one of the products I ordered at a local store. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in an email, so far I have been completely ignored. Not even responding to a long time loyal customer is absolutely unacceptable. If I do not receive an answer to my complaint I very well may not be a future customer of SC.

GBWorst online experience ever! This company SupplementCentral is unbelievably unprofessional. They charged my credit card and never notified me that the product that I ordered was unavailable. Only by checking my credit card charges 10/27/15, was I able to see charge on 10/14/15. So, if a customer doesnt carefully check their credit card charges, SupplementCentral.com collects money for nothing! I will be telling all my relatives, friends, and neighbors to never deal with this company.

TWWorst service Worst service, I ordered a product 3 months ago and never came, The tracking number is no use. They don't answer your email. I doubt they never send the product, That's why I paid about $90 and got nothing. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Worst customer experience.

GBDon't Trust the In-stock/Out-of-Stock Indications I ordered a product from SupplementCentral, with no indication that the product was out-of-stock. My credit card was charged. A number of days later, I received an email saying that the item was, in fact, out-of-stock. I requested a refund, but it still took 4-5 days to see the refund show up on my card.
