GBHorrible service Horrible service, ordered a product 2 months ago and never came, they never provided a tracking number. They don't answer your call or email when I reached out. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Worse customer experience.

However, I'm getting myself on track again, and ordered some protein and pre-workout mix and - the service is still TOP NOTCH. Plus the prices are awesome. Thank you!

I encourage anyone reading this to file a complaint at FTC.gov and file a review at www. pissedconsumer . com This website will rank the complaints higher than their actual website where people can see that they are about to be robbed!!

GBShipping issues/customer service issues The shipping date was rescheduled 3 times and resulted in delivery being five or six days late. This caused me to have to buy one of the products I ordered at a local store. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in an email, so far I have been completely ignored. Not even responding to a long time loyal customer is absolutely unacceptable. If I do not receive an answer to my complaint I very well may not be a future customer of SC.

I have ordered an item the 6th of January 2018, they are telling me since then the product is out of stock due to "oversold", but almost 3 months after they did nothing and continue to sell it online !
