GBI ordered a replacement gear selector… I ordered a replacement gear selector for my wife's 7 speed bicycle and the last tracking notice said item was in CA and USPS had not picked it up. I have emailed the company or notified them of non-delivery at least 5 times and no one gets back to me. I work for the federal government in procurements so I am very familiar with receiving packages from.overseas, but this is inexcusable. I now have to file a complaint with the Federal Trade commission, my bank and the International Trade Association and wouldn't need to go there if I cou or d just get my money refunded....been 45 days since order was placed and 30 days since trackable movement stopped.

GBUpdate When I first received my case and put it on my phone 5 of the crystals popped off. The crystals continued to fall off.... I paid over $200 for this damn thing. I contacted the company about it. Anthony responded and told me that if I leave a good review here he would send me replacement crystals (he said the competition was leaving bad reviews) I left a nice review. All he sent me was glue. I sent him an email informing him I did not receive the crystals. It has been over two months, no response. Bad product and bad service.

HKNice ds styles experience I got a gift for my wife who loves glitter accessories and phone case with swarovski crystal is definitely a surprise to her. my order arrives in 5 days by DHL and the picture doesn't tell the real story, it's more sparkling than it was seen in their website. Well done DSstyles. Happy hubby, happy wifey!

GBFailing to refund me after contradicting themselves. Resolved Now. I clearly stated on my order form, if the item did not fit onto my product, not to send it. they sent it without testing. I was told not a problem, they would refund and no need to send back (to china). 3 weeks later i am being told they will not refund unless i send back under my wallet(postage is more than the product). Not impressed and would not suggest to anyone. Poor service. Once posting this poor review I have attained there full attention and been contacted by the manager. He has apologized for a screw up on their staffs behalf and i have now received a full refund. Still not hugely impressed that i had to spend a lot of my time getting to this stage to then be offered 10% discount on my next purchase....A bit more training required.

GBI ordered the eye correcting glasses I ordered two of the eye correcting glasses but I only received one, I contacted them and let them know. They responded back very quickly and sent the other pair right away Great customer service. My wife has been using the glasses now for about 2 weeks and said she sees a difference when she has them on. They actually work the muscles behind your eye it's like working out so you only can have them on for about 10 minutes or so in the beginning so you don't get headaches. Then you can increase the time over time as you strengthen your eyes but so far so good my wife is happy with them.
