GBList the out of stock item, and did not reimburse fully I ordered a phone cover from their on-line items, but the item was out of stock. I wanted to have the phone cover asap so that I can protect my phone. However I got a replacement since the item was out of stock and they suggested one with better price, not knowing if it is actually better product or not. Unfortunately, the replacement did not fit to my phone and I wanted to get other item. The representative replied that if I return the item she will send me other item without the information of their return policy. I sent it back to the return shipping address next day without the package tracking number because the shipping cost was more the product. When I informed her about no tracking number, she insisted they are not responsible if my item was arrived or not. I have shipped packages to the oversea and my packages never lost without tracking number. So I realized she did not want to give me the replacement. At that point, I just asked for a full refund. I waited for 2 weeks in case to give her chance to reply me that they received the package. I sent an email to check if they received my package, but no response. So, I had to dispute my purchase with my credit company to get at least the price of the merchandise. I lost the shipping cost of almost the price of the item I paid. Although I made a mistake by return the item without waiting for the return procedure, the company is not honest about their business practice. 1. The company did not update the out of stock items even after several weeks past knowing that the item was out of stock. So the customer have to go through the replacement procedure intentionally. 2. The company did not reimburse the full amount including return shipping cost. 3. The company tried to avoid any cost if it is all possible, by not informing the return policy when asked for a refund. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with this company. If you find the item you'd like, please try to find it from other companies, for you will find the same items from the other supply companies.

GB2 Seperate Purchases, Both Went Well I purchased from DSStyles on two different occasions. Both we for cases for Samsung smart phones, and they arrived in about 2 weeks for each. Also included were free styluses (I think that is the plural form of stylus), as well as 10% off coupons. I was hesitant about DsStyles when I initially ordered, a their reviews are not the greatest, but all I can say is it went very well. I received communication on shipment information, etc., in a timely manner and the product arrived as quick as it could from Hong Kong. I would recommend DsStyles (at least with regards to Samsung phone cases) to anyone.

NZI do not recommend, scammed out of money I purchased goods on 2nd september expected delivery 18th september. it is now october 2nd and nothing. also no replies from my emails and their order status page for my items say they haven't even left he country. it also says expected delivery 18th september... errrr. way to steal my money and not reply to my emails. hopeles....

GBDon't spend a penny with this rubbish company After waiting a month for a iphone case it came in bits and was very poorly made. The cost was £29.99 but was worth less than £5.00. Sent email about refund but they never get back to you. Opened a dispute with PayPal.Stay away from this sham of a company.

GBHappy customer I ordered from dstyles some phone clip-on lenses. They kindly informed me that the style on offer was not available, but offered me a very similar alternative for the same price. Although hesitant I asked for this product to be ordered and I was a very happy customer! The product was exactly what I wanted and is really good quality. The customer service was excellent and the product came in good time. Thanks dstyles!
