CHWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO DELIVER WITHIN 1 YEAR Do not buy anything from this company! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. No answers to my emails for weeks. Package lost after months at the carrier, no one cares to replace it. No answer to the question why I don’t get an answer to my email. Paid 146$ for more than one year of waiting and got nothing for it. This company doesn’t care about customers, when they have your money they don’t care about you. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

GBDon't deserve any stars, or any of your money, or any of your time! 1 star Not sure they deserve even 1 star. They fill your inbox with dross, promises that are not fulfilled, delivery tracking numbers that don't get recognised. They have convinced me to give up on Indiegogo too. Don't go anywhere near them or anyone associated with them

GBOpposite experience to everyone else it seems.. Not sure how everyone else has had such a bad experience. I got 2 batteries off Indiegogo and they're brilliant! Charges really fast off their plug, and charges my phone really fast (up to 3 times worth!). Can even keep my laptop running as well. Haven't had to get in touch with them personally, so cannot comment on that feedback, but their stuff is top quality for sure. Sell tonnes of stuff on Amazon as well

GBI backed this company on Indiegogo for… I backed this company on Indiegogo for a powerbank. I got neither the powerbank or my money back, just lie after lie after lie excuse after excuse after excuse countless times like a broken record. Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen, just shocking business practise to take someones money and fob them off in every way possible. Disgusting.
