Absolute scam company Absolute scam company. Fraudulently charged us for 2 years and refuse to give refunds. Most dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. 0 stars.

Do not trust Beachbody_will renew your membership w no notice at a higher rate Do not trust Beachbody! I bought a 6 month membership and when that 6 month ended i did not receive an email that i was going to be billed for another 6 months and instead was charged for the next 6 months at a higher rate than when i initially joined! I am furious to say the least and will never recommend beachbody to anybody. When I tried to dispute with my Credit Card company Beachbody wouldn't honor the refund as it had already charged. Very unprofessional and sneaky to not give a heads up for another charge and then not honor a cancelation.

Terrible customer service Got no notification about a huge $60 increase to my subscription. When I contacted them about it, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They would do nothing to make it right. It was obvious they don’t care at all about their customers. I’ve been a subscriber for years but after this I decided to cancel my subscription just to find out that they don’t refund membership renewals!!! My only options are to take a year loss or be stuck with them for another year. I’m so upset with this company and would never recommend them.

My membership autorenewed without… My membership autorenewed without notice. They said they sent an email, but I don't have it. I never purposefully set my memberships to autorenew. I had no intention of extending my subscription for the spring and summer months. I hadn't used the service (which they could easily verify). They refused to issue a refund within 30 days staying that policy only applies to the original/ initial order. They didn't do their part by communicating...they just withdrew the money. Bad service. I will never join again nor do I recommend them. They lost my future business and my respect.

Very poor customer care I have been a member for years but have been really disappointed of late by the poor customer service and lack of technical support. I’ve gotten intermittent error messages when trying to access workouts. This has been going on for several weeks and I’m having an impossible time getting it resolved. The support on the site is awful and there is no good way to get help when escalating concerns. I’m literally waiting for a member of the tech support team to respond to me now. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago. Very frustrating. For a company focused on improving well being they are missing the mark.
