They stole £179 !! Avoid at all costs! They stole £179 from me and have refused to give it back!! Subscription auto renewed for almost double the original subscription with no warning emails, and after immediately cancelling they refused to repay me even though I told them I had no money to feed my family. Avoid at all costs!!

If you have an issue with your account they will make a decision without working with you. Beachbody will not refund your money even if you contact the same day that the membership renewed or even offer any options to use the funds for a different membership. They would rather lose you as a customer than work with you to resolve the differences. There are many other options out there I encourage everyone to consider before wasting your money with a company who does not care about their customers. This company just wants your money and it's all about money and nothing else. Update: There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews - this aligns with the way this company treats their customers. They just don’t care about them !!! It’s all about the money !!!

THINK TWICE! BODI charges a hefty price and sends no notice that they will be charging you again for a renewal. Their customer service insists there is “nothing we can do” after your card is charged for another year that you don’t want. Money down the drain. Think twice before subscribing!!

Long-time user of Beachbody… I am a long-time user of Beachbody (before on-demand). I like their programs and to this date have not found anything that offers what they do. Yes, they are expensive, compared to some others, but you get what you pay for. They have also worked to reduce their pricing for some offerings. I’ve accidentally canceled and/or purchased unwanted options but their customer service is always helpful and quick to respond. Most recently, I noticed I was signed up for a preferred customer, when contacting to cancel, they did so quickly and a refund was issued. It is a subscription service, so you do need to pay attention to what you signed up for but if you mess up, they make it right.
