Solid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.
