Bought 275 dollars worth of pens in… Bought 275 dollars worth of pens in June. It's August. They're no longer answering and have not sent me anything. Have not returned my money. They have my order on hold, I have screenshots of the zelle confirmation and my account on their website saying it's still on hold.

What keeps this website from being a 5 What keeps this website from being a 5 star are the broken links. Why can I not go to the fast charger page? Why is the customer service contact page down? What's the deal with the perpetually out of stock vaping herbs? Wasn't there another choice of MV1 color last month that seemingly dissapeared? Great product, great website, but the broken links and lack of informative updates hold it back.

Disappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

I bought the Ghost Vape on your…official Ghost website. I bought the Ghost Vape on your official American website only to be charged $50 in duty. But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor. The device is also not working to my satisfaction with no real vapour effect until the 4th or 5th pull. I has assumed this would work on the 1st pull.
