I paid for discreet shipping only to have the random shipping service they chose to hold it hostage in Denver unless I pay $340 to receive it. contact JAMES and he basically Called me names and told me to either transfer them $250 and they would "cover the rest" or else I would forfeit my order and be subjected to criminal prosecution. After arguing he told me her would personally see that my order was held and searched. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!

Solid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

My Mv1 is a couple of weeks old and… My Mv1 is a couple of weeks old and hauntingly efficient at separating dirty ole carcinogens from good ole vape and can get the best out of even the scruffiest herb, it never fails to impress me the way it leaves us all 'proper old school' stoned (We're in our 50s btw). My only issue is charging which takes about 10-12 hrs even after 1st charge conditioning as instructed by the instructions. Mine gets very hot even on 150° which after a few minutes usually results in the flashing red light of doom and having to let it cool down. I've tried differing the packing of the load in the crucible but nothing seems to make a difference. Typically it's behaved itself so far this eve as I write this. Loving it.

Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. When u want to use your medicine you want it as easy as possible this just adds unnecessary complications to an easy laid back experience. Stick with the instant pens and other instant heat type vapes this ons is just to much work for the money.
