Battery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

However, the finish can scratch very easily as compared to Storz and Bickel's Mighty or Crafty. 2- the fast charger was not included. no one should have to wait several hours or have to order it seperately. 3- the loading compartment is very figity and requires a lot of fiddling around. 4- the entire vape gets extremely hot 5- most importantly, it is way too heavy for a portable vaporizer. Very unpleased with your product.
