I bought the Ghost Vape on your…official Ghost website. I bought the Ghost Vape on your official American website only to be charged $50 in duty. But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor. The device is also not working to my satisfaction with no real vapour effect until the 4th or 5th pull. I has assumed this would work on the 1st pull.

Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

Awesome Clean Way to Inhale Herbs - Has Caught Fire I love this device for the fact that I can inhale herbal vapors in a clean, efficient way and set the temperature to release different compounds. A couple times now, my herb has caught fire inside the device and released smoke which really burns your throat. It’s possible that the vaporizer needed to be cleaned or that I pulled too hard. Regardless it’s something you should know can happen, and it’s probably a good reason to keep your vape clean and make sure you’re taking slow, steady pulls.
