They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. Disappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time.
