They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. Just a warning to any potential buyers from them, please stay clear of this mob at all costs. Thiefs!

CAThis is the crappiest business I've… This is the crappiest business I've ever dealt with. They are liars, they are rude and have the worst customer service ever! Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

GBDisappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

I purchased 10 of their vape carts, I sent the $205 to the cashapp account they had linked on the billing/payment web page of their legit website. After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Straight up con artist

GBBest customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.
