They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. What keeps this website from being a 5 What keeps this website from being a 5 star are the broken links. Why can I not go to the fast charger page? Why is the customer service contact page down? What's the deal with the perpetually out of stock vaping herbs? Wasn't there another choice of MV1 color last month that seemingly dissapeared? Great product, great website, but the broken links and lack of informative updates hold it back.

Disappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

I purchased 10 of their vape carts, I sent the $205 to the cashapp account they had linked on the billing/payment web page of their legit website. After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Straight up con artist

many faults with the mv1 1- the ghost mv1 has a cool look. However, the finish can scratch very easily as compared to Storz and Bickel's Mighty or Crafty. 2- the fast charger was not included. no one should have to wait several hours or have to order it seperately. 3- the loading compartment is very figity and requires a lot of fiddling around. 4- the entire vape gets extremely hot 5- most importantly, it is way too heavy for a portable vaporizer. Very unpleased with your product.
