Disappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

High above the others. I have been using medical marijuana for several years now. My preferred method is eating cannibals but sometimes that is not practical. In these cases I vape. I have tried every top tier product from PAX and Gpen on. The Ghost MV1 is by for a superior product, And while it is large it delivers. Coupled with the crusable holder is provides relief all day long. This is a must try product. Also there customer service and support are unmatched. Highly Recommend.

Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

HIDDEN CUSTOM FEES The company doesn't tell you about the hidden custom fees.. DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck !
