After arguing he told me her would personally see that my order was held and searched. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!

HIDDEN CUSTOM FEES The company doesn't tell you about the hidden custom fees.. DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! I purchased 10 of their vape carts, I sent the $205 to the cashapp account they had linked on the billing/payment web page of their legit website. After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Straight up con artist

Great product The MV1 is a remarkable dry herb vaporizer. Took time to finagle with it but with some help from my friends I was able to figure out how to use it. The MV1 produces great flavor however, the charge time for the battery life is abominable and the fast charger should be included. So far I'm pretty happy with my MV1 but I wish there were more accessories like a waterpipe adapter.

Battery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.
