CAThis is the crappiest business I've… This is the crappiest business I've ever dealt with. They are liars, they are rude and have the worst customer service ever! Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

GBI recently purchased some Ghosts from… I recently purchased some Ghosts from Ghostvapesofficial.com. They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. Just a warning to any potential buyers from them, please stay clear of this mob at all costs. Thiefs!

GBSolid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

GBWhat keeps this website from being a 5 What keeps this website from being a 5 star are the broken links. Why can I not go to the fast charger page? Why is the customer service contact page down? What's the deal with the perpetually out of stock vaping herbs? Wasn't there another choice of MV1 color last month that seemingly dissapeared? Great product, great website, but the broken links and lack of informative updates hold it back.

GBBest customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.
