They took my money then said that it was stuck at Denver and wanted more money to complete the transaction but I didn't give them it and they kept my £520 and cockily wouldn't refund me. Just a warning to any potential buyers from them, please stay clear of this mob at all costs. Thiefs!

GBBest customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

GBI GOT SCAMMED I GOT SCAMMED. DO NOT BUY OFF THEIR WEBSITE! I paid for discreet shipping only to have the random shipping service they chose to hold it hostage in Denver unless I pay $340 to receive it. contact JAMES and he basically Called me names and told me to either transfer them $250 and they would "cover the rest" or else I would forfeit my order and be subjected to criminal prosecution. After arguing he told me her would personally see that my order was held and searched. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!

GBDisappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

GBBought 275 dollars worth of pens in… Bought 275 dollars worth of pens in June. It's August. They're no longer answering and have not sent me anything. Have not returned my money. They have my order on hold, I have screenshots of the zelle confirmation and my account on their website saying it's still on hold.
