But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor. The device is also not working to my satisfaction with no real vapour effect until the 4th or 5th pull. I has assumed this would work on the 1st pull.

Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.
