Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor.
