Solid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

High above the others. I have been using medical marijuana for several years now. My preferred method is eating cannibals but sometimes that is not practical. In these cases I vape. I have tried every top tier product from PAX and Gpen on. The Ghost MV1 is by for a superior product, And while it is large it delivers. Coupled with the crusable holder is provides relief all day long. This is a must try product. Also there customer service and support are unmatched. Highly Recommend.

Great product The MV1 is a remarkable dry herb vaporizer. Took time to finagle with it but with some help from my friends I was able to figure out how to use it. The MV1 produces great flavor however, the charge time for the battery life is abominable and the fast charger should be included. So far I'm pretty happy with my MV1 but I wish there were more accessories like a waterpipe adapter.
