Faulty Device Purchaser
GBBattery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

GBSolid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

GBAfter a few weeks and a learning curve… After a few weeks and a learning curve the size of Mt Everest I can say one thing....no. Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. When u want to use your medicine you want it as easy as possible this just adds unnecessary complications to an easy laid back experience. Stick with the instant pens and other instant heat type vapes this ons is just to much work for the money.

GBGreat product The MV1 is a remarkable dry herb vaporizer. Took time to finagle with it but with some help from my friends I was able to figure out how to use it. The MV1 produces great flavor however, the charge time for the battery life is abominable and the fast charger should be included. So far I'm pretty happy with my MV1 but I wish there were more accessories like a waterpipe adapter.

GBAwesome Clean Way to Inhale Herbs - Has Caught Fire I love this device for the fact that I can inhale herbal vapors in a clean, efficient way and set the temperature to release different compounds. A couple times now, my herb has caught fire inside the device and released smoke which really burns your throat. It’s possible that the vaporizer needed to be cleaned or that I pulled too hard. Regardless it’s something you should know can happen, and it’s probably a good reason to keep your vape clean and make sure you’re taking slow, steady pulls.
