Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

Awesome Clean Way to Inhale Herbs - Has Caught Fire I love this device for the fact that I can inhale herbal vapors in a clean, efficient way and set the temperature to release different compounds. A couple times now, my herb has caught fire inside the device and released smoke which really burns your throat. It’s possible that the vaporizer needed to be cleaned or that I pulled too hard. Regardless it’s something you should know can happen, and it’s probably a good reason to keep your vape clean and make sure you’re taking slow, steady pulls.

DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether
