Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

Solid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

Great product The MV1 is a remarkable dry herb vaporizer. Took time to finagle with it but with some help from my friends I was able to figure out how to use it. The MV1 produces great flavor however, the charge time for the battery life is abominable and the fast charger should be included. So far I'm pretty happy with my MV1 but I wish there were more accessories like a waterpipe adapter.

I purchased 10 of their vape carts, I sent the $205 to the cashapp account they had linked on the billing/payment web page of their legit website. After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Straight up con artist

After a few weeks and a learning curve… After a few weeks and a learning curve the size of Mt Everest I can say one thing....no. Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. When u want to use your medicine you want it as easy as possible this just adds unnecessary complications to an easy laid back experience. Stick with the instant pens and other instant heat type vapes this ons is just to much work for the money.
