After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.
