I purchased 10 of their vape carts, I sent the $205 to the cashapp account they had linked on the billing/payment web page of their legit website. After doing so I received a text from someone asking me to send the receipt from my payment on Cashapp. It's been a few days now and they are now trying to convince me to send the payment for a second time. Straight up con artist

What keeps this website from being a 5 What keeps this website from being a 5 star are the broken links. Why can I not go to the fast charger page? Why is the customer service contact page down? What's the deal with the perpetually out of stock vaping herbs? Wasn't there another choice of MV1 color last month that seemingly dissapeared? Great product, great website, but the broken links and lack of informative updates hold it back.

Battery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. When u want to use your medicine you want it as easy as possible this just adds unnecessary complications to an easy laid back experience. Stick with the instant pens and other instant heat type vapes this ons is just to much work for the money.
