Which is they just ignore you and don't reply to you. No one buy from these scam artists! I asked them why they were discontinuing THE ONLY Vape I can smoke in the world (the flavourless) and they said they weren't! A week later it was discontinued, when I contacted them again and asked why they would discontinue something so popular they ignored me. I also got several vapes that were dead out of the box this is the only company who will not replace them! GARBAGE COMPANY! I hope they go down in the ground and lose their company altogether

many faults with the mv1 1- the ghost mv1 has a cool look. However, the finish can scratch very easily as compared to Storz and Bickel's Mighty or Crafty. 2- the fast charger was not included. no one should have to wait several hours or have to order it seperately. 3- the loading compartment is very figity and requires a lot of fiddling around. 4- the entire vape gets extremely hot 5- most importantly, it is way too heavy for a portable vaporizer. Very unpleased with your product.

DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! High above the others. I have been using medical marijuana for several years now. My preferred method is eating cannibals but sometimes that is not practical. In these cases I vape. I have tried every top tier product from PAX and Gpen on. The Ghost MV1 is by for a superior product, And while it is large it delivers. Coupled with the crusable holder is provides relief all day long. This is a must try product. Also there customer service and support are unmatched. Highly Recommend.
