Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. Battery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

Solid product but needs improvements Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

I bought the Ghost Vape on your…official Ghost website. I bought the Ghost Vape on your official American website only to be charged $50 in duty. But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor. The device is also not working to my satisfaction with no real vapour effect until the 4th or 5th pull. I has assumed this would work on the 1st pull.
