Best customer service experience ever! I purchased a MV1 and it was everything that you could ask for in a vape. Wonderful draw and design. After 2 months it had a software glitch that was most likely user error. Customer service was unable to resolve the issue online and immediately sent a replacement.Their warranty and customer service are top notch! I would especially like to commend their rep Virgil for everything he did in trying to first fix the issue and then getting a replacement sent in a speedy manner. He sets the bar high for great customer service.This company blows the competition away.

HIDDEN CUSTOM FEES The company doesn't tell you about the hidden custom fees.. DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! Battery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. When u want to use your medicine you want it as easy as possible this just adds unnecessary complications to an easy laid back experience.
