many faults with the mv1 1- the ghost mv1 has a cool look. However, the finish can scratch very easily as compared to Storz and Bickel's Mighty or Crafty. 2- the fast charger was not included. no one should have to wait several hours or have to order it seperately. 3- the loading compartment is very figity and requires a lot of fiddling around. 4- the entire vape gets extremely hot 5- most importantly, it is way too heavy for a portable vaporizer. Very unpleased with your product.

Battery/Customer Service Issue Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight. Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.

Disappointed Honestly disappointed by the overall use of this product. After only one use, it just doesn't give me the clouds or effect that was shown in many of the review I watched. I recently moved to the ghost from Pax3, and was hoping for a better experience overall. Cloud production was minimal and the burn/taste was awful. It seems like the battery never charges, after using different power adapters and letting the device charge for over 24 hours, the device still wasn't fully charged. The charge lights have never filled up, they are always stuck at low battery or one full green bar showing low battery. Maybe my device is defective, either way I used the device, and I read the return policy. Just wish I didn't have a $300 paperweight sitting on my desk now.

DHL Shipping is absolute BS and I will never use their shipping company again... had to pay an extra $53 in fees... the vape itself is amazing 10/10, hits like a truck ! I paid for discreet shipping only to have the random shipping service they chose to hold it hostage in Denver unless I pay $340 to receive it. contact JAMES and he basically Called me names and told me to either transfer them $250 and they would "cover the rest" or else I would forfeit my order and be subjected to criminal prosecution. After arguing he told me her would personally see that my order was held and searched. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!! TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!
