Fraud! Fraud! They never paid my money! Stay away...

Process was simple and efficient as advertised This was the highest offer for my iPhone and I was a bit skeptical that it would go through...But it did and I'm quite pleased with the process and the result. Thanks for making it EZ!

Not happy with service - AT ALL! I did my quote which was higher than other companies, got the package, sent my phone in on 3/5/16. I live in FL and finally received an email from them on 3/29/16 stating they received my package. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I KNOW that it doesn't take 24 days for mail to travel from FL to PA. It is now 4/8/16 and I still have no response from them and when you check the website it still says "IN PROGRESS". You can't get a response from them via email and of course the Online Chat is never working. I have even emailed their support team. Guess I got taken.

Weight me more than 100kg~ Weight me more than 100kg for 6 dining chair, 7 small chair + 2 stool... My order RM600+ but the delivery cost charge me RM500+....i complain and request to check or repack but no feedback at all, already 3 days, Tmr going to direct call and complain

Very easy It was quick and painless and although my phones weren't worth much at least they aren't gathering dust. I really don't know what else they could've done to make this easier.
