GBNot happy with service - AT ALL! I did my quote which was higher than other companies, got the package, sent my phone in on 3/5/16. I live in FL and finally received an email from them on 3/29/16 stating they received my package. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I KNOW that it doesn't take 24 days for mail to travel from FL to PA. It is now 4/8/16 and I still have no response from them and when you check the website it still says "IN PROGRESS". You can't get a response from them via email and of course the Online Chat is never working. I have even emailed their support team. Guess I got taken.

GBVery easy It was quick and painless and although my phones weren't worth much at least they aren't gathering dust. I really don't know what else they could've done to make this easier.

GBConfused Ok so I tried them out to sell my Samsung S5 Active. I mailed back the phone in the prepaid envelope and according to the tracking number they received the device 3 days later. I never got any type of communication from them and had to contact them through the support dept. I was told the whole process takes 10-12 days. I contacted them again a couple of days later and was emailed that I would receive payment in a couple of days after testing. So much for them contacting me to let me know they even received the phone! Not quite sure what to do at this point,guess I am stuck at this point since they have my phone. They did quote a price much higher than other sites and my phone was is great condition so we shall see.

GBGreat way to sell. I printed my free shipping label and had my paypal payment within 6 days. Exactly the amount I expected. From PayPal I transferred the money to my bank. It's was all an accurate and easy way to sell my phone. I'm very happy.
