GBThey finally came through (Update) After three months and numerous emails with only occasional auto responses: "Hello, I will research your package and update asap." they came through and paid what was agreed. I get they may need to take time to conduct business but a status or update would be helpful. I chose a small business which was relatively local to help them out. Would of liked a more timely experience.

GBNot happy with service - AT ALL! I did my quote which was higher than other companies, got the package, sent my phone in on 3/5/16. I live in FL and finally received an email from them on 3/29/16 stating they received my package. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I KNOW that it doesn't take 24 days for mail to travel from FL to PA. It is now 4/8/16 and I still have no response from them and when you check the website it still says "IN PROGRESS". You can't get a response from them via email and of course the Online Chat is never working. I have even emailed their support team. Guess I got taken.

GBI purchased two items Oct 15th I purchased two items Oct 15th, received the pouch 2 week later, still haven't received the belt. I've emailed twice for status, Nov 9 and Nov 14th, no reply. I shouldn't have to take time out a day to ask for a status on my purchases, and not get a courtesy reply. Easy Buy is a scam, from what I can tell from reading all the customer complaints and my experience. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
