It arrived yesterday it was well packaged and was impressed with the condition of the book. I found the price I paid very reasonable as looking elsewhere prices were so much more expensive. Convenient The automotive electronics that I ordered from this website didn’t work well for me. But the thing I appreciate about ergode.com is that the online retailer was very responsive when I requested to return the product. They completed the entire return process in proper way and it just took them couple of days. I also received an appropriate refund from the online store. Bait and Switch Bait and Switch and not even a similar item. Ordered a table and got 3 bottles of sugar free syrup from Vitacost (who I called and they said order was from a 3rd party vendor so no info given -even though my name was on receipt- they actually said it wasn't their responsibility if credit card fraud). Google Shopping Guarantee is a HUGE joke.Get a lot of run around from this Ergode and Google. Wish these reviews were easier to find for Google Shopping Companies NEVER use google shopping or Ergode again!
