GBIt is worth more than what you pay, it is fantastic! So I ordered this fantastic headlamp for my husband, he loved it and it has worked great for his daily chores or night walks with our dog. But you must take into account the following: The headlamp arrives without a battery, so you will have to charge the battery for a few hours for the first time until you see a green light that will indicate that it is ready to charge! You may be scared thinking that the headlamp does not work but you just have to put it on charge. In general, I must say that it shines much brighter than expected, it has 10 modes and is suitable for many activities or tasks. Regarding the price and quality you get more than what you pay for !!! so definitely worth the purchase.

GBTerrible customer service. I have 3 to return Terrible customer service Want to return 3 lamps came too late for Christmas and they liked the ones better that we ordered so we could get in time. These are too heavy compared to the the one from Amazon we bought. They will not answer phone, emails, nothing. Better Business Bureau or other agencies to be notified if I do not hear back from them.

GBLate but arrived. Order came in 1/3/23 Never received my order. Paid for 2 headlights. Never got tracking, never got any other responses to 4 inquiries about it about first reply, which said they would have it out to me before COB that day. Didn’t happen and nothing as of today. Ordered almost a month ago. UPDATE 1/3//23 order has arrived. Lights are actually very nice. I’m not sure what happened with the communication or why it took over a month but at least I have my order.

GBI'm electrician plumber in heat and air… I'm electrician plumber in heat and air guy and once you put the light on the mold you have to go through so many switches to cut it on and off it just needs one light one mold on off bright or dim I don't like the light I'd really like to have my money back

GBThe order took right at a month to get The order took right at a month to get. Got an email a few days after the order saying your order shipped. No feedback on any shipping status or trackingnumber. After 3 weeks sent an email asking for an update and all I git back was a email stating "we are a small company and we will see if we can find out what the delay is". Never got an update. After about 9 days it showed up, well after my trip that I had ordered the headlamp for. By the way I live in the same state ( less than 200 miles) from the company. As far as the headlamp, it is no better than one you would spend $10.00 for at Walmart. I'm all for small business and understand issues happen but you should at least communicate to the customer in a timely manner. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
