I'm electrician plumber in heat and air… I'm electrician plumber in heat and air guy and once you put the light on the mold you have to go through so many switches to cut it on and off it just needs one light one mold on off bright or dim I don't like the light I'd really like to have my money back

Late but arrived. Order came in 1/3/23 Never received my order. Paid for 2 headlights. Never got tracking, never got any other responses to 4 inquiries about it about first reply, which said they would have it out to me before COB that day. Didn’t happen and nothing as of today. Ordered almost a month ago. UPDATE 1/3//23 order has arrived. Lights are actually very nice. I’m not sure what happened with the communication or why it took over a month but at least I have my order.

I have 3 things to say about the Bionix… I have 3 things to say about the Bionix headlamp, first is that you will not be disappointed with the brightness, it really lights up a lot, a powerful white light! So much so that it could blind you ( a bit of a joke ) secondly the shipping was not that fast but I received the product and for me that's what matters. Lastly, I think it's a great price with a very good quality! Not bad for me!

Extremely Frustrating Experience Making the order and their taking my money went smooth as glass. EVERYTHING after that was a frustrating mess. It is simply impossible to contact anyone in the company, from supervisor on down, by phone. The only nu.ber I could find went to a worthless recording. Multiple, MULTIPLE email requests for a phone call or contact of any kind by a supervisor went unanswered. The only time any action was taken with my order was (surprise surprise) on the days I sent emails requesting to cancel my order. Even then, after they supposedly shipped the order, it sat in their warehouse woth a label created, but not being picked up by the carrier for a week, until I sent yet another email saying to just cancel the order. Surprise, again, that day it was released to the carrier...Oops, sorry, can't cancel now... Utter lack of Customer Service Just a complete Charlie Foxtrot

For the price I ordered about 12 to… For the price I ordered about 12 to give as gifts, so far compliments and more compliments, I would like to sell it in my store, it's a pretty good headlamp and delivers on its promises! Very bright, the wave sensor works great, and it's sensitive singer, just hope you're not one of those that moves your hands so much hehe ! Great headlamp
