GBFinally got the product in the mail EDIT: I changed my review to reflect a couple of things: 1) As luck would have it, the day I wrote a 1-star review because I hadn't received the product in over a month, the headlamp arrived in the mail. And 2) The product itself is great. I didn't post 5-stars because the companies communication with me was absent. Prior review: I ordered a headlamp on November 18 and here it is a month later, down almost $30 and no headlamp received. One contact number on their website that only goes to voice mail and there is nothing that identifies it as Bionix. They do not respond to emails either. I've engaged my credit card company to get my money back.

GBI'm electrician plumber in heat and air… I'm electrician plumber in heat and air guy and once you put the light on the mold you have to go through so many switches to cut it on and off it just needs one light one mold on off bright or dim I don't like the light I'd really like to have my money back

GBBionic headlamp It took a lot longer to get than was advertised and when it arrived the order was not correct. I ordered and paid for two headlamps and recieved one headlamp and two keychain lights

GBScam I ordered the headlamp and they… Scam I ordered the headlamp and they took the money from my credit card right away. I never received the headlamp. I sent emails and called the phone number but nothing worked. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they put the money back into my account. I then received an email from Bionix saying that my headlight had shipped. That was 2 weeks ago and still no headlamp. Calls and emails are not answered. This company has great advertising but no product to deliver. Complete scam look elsewhere.

GBI ordered 2 headlamps and Nothing I ordered 2 headlamps and recieved email confirmation. Later I received an email saying my order had shipped but the tracking info was left blank. I contacted customer service and received an apology and a picture of mail bins filled with orders but still no tracking info. 2 weeks later I contacted them again and this time recieved and apology that they had gotten in too many orders and where waiting on more product. I also noticed some other irregularities in the emails so I asked them about canceling my order. They have yet to respond again.
