Best Speaker under $50 If you're looking for speakers for your PC under $50, you can never go wrong with what creative has to offer under $50. I've been using Inspire M4500 4:1 speakers for 9 years. The tight and well controlled bass is just amazing. Yes, after using 6/7 years, it started to sound a bit muffled and distorted at Full volume and the TRS jack has started to fail. But I'm super impressed by the performance and I don't think I could do any better than creative for the price.

ZiiSound D5 poor quality! I bought the Creative ZiiSound D5 two years ago and it's already defect. It simply stopped functioning one day. When I contacted customer service, they told me that there's nothing they can do about defected products after the warranty has exceeded. At more than €300 this is incredibly poor quality of the product and poor customer service. Don't buy the ZiiSound!

Creative support and company - the worst experience My D200 speaker mains plug had become dangerously faulty, giving out sparks when trying to plug into mains socket. The Creative LAB has the worst customer service I have ever come across. They treated my inquiry with rudeness and arrogance. I will never buy Creative again. Very sad as I had been using Creative speakers for many years and this was the first time I had an issue where I could have really done with their help.

Do not EVER buy direct from Creative Labs I recently ordered an audio related bluetooth dongle from Creative Labs. It took several days to arrive. It didn't work as advertised on their site and caused compatibility issues with my non-audio bluetooth devices. Upon attempting to return it, I was told that this was not considered a device issue and that any return would be on my dime. When I complained about this (there was clearly an issue with device compatibility despite what their site says) I was told "We will take this as a feedback. Rest assured that all the feedback are looked into as we strive to improve our customer's experience with us. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused." So I had to pay $11 to return a $39.00 item. My thoughts: Creative doesn't stand behind their products, doesn't care about customers and their customer service is a joke. This is what I get for buying direct instead of going through Amazon.

Terrible service I've had a faulty soundcard (AE7) for a month now and arranging a return is impossible - they just don't want to help. I've tried every step in trying to resolve the technical issue but I know faulty hardware when I hear/see it. I would seriously consider buying elsewhere as the support is zero. I have now had to bring Paypal in to help me despite Creative having a 30 day returns policy.
