FRorder took a loooooooooong time to arrive. I order 2 headsets, I received 1 but for the second they made a mistake I received a charging device (nothing to do with the headset I ordered). I informed the support of the situation and after sending them pictures and document they checked on there side and found that there was indeed a mistake. But they was not very keen on fixing the problem. After 3 weeks talking with the "support" still my headset was missing and they gave me no date to deliver it. Finally after 5 weeks they decided to send it to me... The headsets are working as expected.

DKZiiSound D5 poor quality! I bought the Creative ZiiSound D5 two years ago and it's already defect. It simply stopped functioning one day. When I contacted customer service, they told me that there's nothing they can do about defected products after the warranty has exceeded. At more than €300 this is incredibly poor quality of the product and poor customer service. Don't buy the ZiiSound!

GBVery good products and service I can't understand all the negative reviews, my experience of Creative is with the Outlier ear buds which are very good for the price range. Over a number of years I have purchased (and still have in working condition) the basic Outliers, a set of Gold's and V2's, and more recently two pairs of V3's the best so far. I have had to contact Creative tech support twice in that time and on each occasion the response has been quick and solved the problem. (Thanks Marian for the latest help 25/8/22 you have my vote).

GBAlso got scam of Creative Labs I am in the same case as Adrian Attard' review. Order an Blaster X3 and can not cancel it after 8 hours. Creative said there no way to stop the shipment. The package got home, try to refuse it at FedEx location but failed cause the sender address was not displayed or readable. Customer service kept asking me for "certificate of posting"-pay for my own return cost of an unopen package. What a shitting business, full of crap. Waste my time and money.

GBBest Speaker under $50 If you're looking for speakers for your PC under $50, you can never go wrong with what creative has to offer under $50. I've been using Inspire M4500 4:1 speakers for 9 years. The tight and well controlled bass is just amazing. Yes, after using 6/7 years, it started to sound a bit muffled and distorted at Full volume and the TRS jack has started to fail. But I'm super impressed by the performance and I don't think I could do any better than creative for the price.
