Do not EVER buy direct from Creative Labs I recently ordered an audio related bluetooth dongle from Creative Labs. It took several days to arrive. It didn't work as advertised on their site and caused compatibility issues with my non-audio bluetooth devices. Upon attempting to return it, I was told that this was not considered a device issue and that any return would be on my dime. When I complained about this (there was clearly an issue with device compatibility despite what their site says) I was told "We will take this as a feedback. Rest assured that all the feedback are looked into as we strive to improve our customer's experience with us. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused." So I had to pay $11 to return a $39.00 item. My thoughts: Creative doesn't stand behind their products, doesn't care about customers and their customer service is a joke. This is what I get for buying direct instead of going through Amazon.

Wimpy Creative Gigaworks T20… I ordered the Creative Gigaworks T20 based on the positive reviews. The sound is hardly any louder than my laptop speakers, and there was no difference when I added the bass. While they claim "satisfaction is guaranteed", I must pay return shipping and be charged a $30 "non refundable minimum service fee", that was not at all mentioned on the website. I wish I had visited Trustpilot first.

Sound BlasterX G6 Don’t understand so many bad reviews, ordered first time without problems, but we will see. Bought Sound BlasterX G6 for my PS5 and also connected it with NvidiaShield for Spotify and Youtube for music, works great. Package arrived in a week to Ireland. On PS5 using it without any EQ for the Tempest 3D Audio, works well with my Beyerdinamics Tygr 300R, didn’t play too many games yet so can’t talk about sound quality change and so on, but for music is instant great as I can use EQ for lowerin treble and few other things to make sound much better then vanila headphones output. For now great.

Its Alright Acceptable service. Although I bought the creative zen player from a UK website, the product came from Hong Kong. I guess it can be said that, they are not your next day delivery sites but I could tell that they gave good effort judging by the fact that it arrived 2 days before the expected delivery date.

Company that build Speakers that dont last Company that build Speakers that don’t last than your pet guppy fish. The company that build speakers in quantities over quality made products and then sells them for higher prices. Their Products are a hit and a miss. I bought 2 creative stage soundbars and 1 seems to be barely functional (with multiple problems) after 1 year mark and the other one died right after it hits 1 year 2 months mark, I barely even used them, like a few times for a few occasions just before it breaks down. With that price I bought, I can go with other brands that could last longer. My other creative speakers can’t even past 1 year or 1 and a half year mark. You don’t even know where to ask for help and it’s been quite sometime now that I’m still clueless to where I should send this piece of junk for a repair. No warranty or service repair detail. Anyways. If the repairs cost more than the price of this soundbar itself, I’d rather trash it and Choose a better brand and stay away from creative next time.
