The company that build speakers in quantities over quality made products and then sells them for higher prices. Their Products are a hit and a miss. I bought 2 creative stage soundbars and 1 seems to be barely functional (with multiple problems) after 1 year mark and the other one died right after it hits 1 year 2 months mark, I barely even used them, like a few times for a few occasions just before it breaks down. With that price I bought, I can go with other brands that could last longer. My other creative speakers can’t even past 1 year or 1 and a half year mark. You don’t even know where to ask for help and it’s been quite sometime now that I’m still clueless to where I should send this piece of junk for a repair. No warranty or service repair detail. Anyways. If the repairs cost more than the price of this soundbar itself, I’d rather trash it and Choose a better brand and stay away from creative next time.

GRAlmost a month, my shipment is missing! It has been more than a month since I ordered and still my shipment is missing. Unacceptable customer service! They provided a wrong tracking number, then they gave me the correct one but it's still missing! I am not going to buy anything else again from them. Terrible experience..

GBDo not EVER buy direct from Creative Labs I recently ordered an audio related bluetooth dongle from Creative Labs. It took several days to arrive. It didn't work as advertised on their site and caused compatibility issues with my non-audio bluetooth devices. Upon attempting to return it, I was told that this was not considered a device issue and that any return would be on my dime. When I complained about this (there was clearly an issue with device compatibility despite what their site says) I was told "We will take this as a feedback. Rest assured that all the feedback are looked into as we strive to improve our customer's experience with us. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused." So I had to pay $11 to return a $39.00 item. My thoughts: Creative doesn't stand behind their products, doesn't care about customers and their customer service is a joke. This is what I get for buying direct instead of going through Amazon.

GBAlso got scam of Creative Labs I am in the same case as Adrian Attard' review. Order an Blaster X3 and can not cancel it after 8 hours. Creative said there no way to stop the shipment. The package got home, try to refuse it at FedEx location but failed cause the sender address was not displayed or readable. Customer service kept asking me for "certificate of posting"-pay for my own return cost of an unopen package. What a shitting business, full of crap. Waste my time and money.
