NLWaste of time and energy. from 27 Nov 2020 until 10 Jun 2021 i collected 53000 coins that were exchanged to 3917 XYO worth about 24$. i have active referral sometimes 2 (5 in total) and i bought sentinel that boost rewards x10. The phone is mining 24/7 with above boost for all this time. Probably just about paying for elecricity it uses... I can imagine without 10x boost and no refferals You CAN'T reach withdraw treshold for over a year, and even then You recieve 25$ cose that's what 53k of tokens is worth now.... Waste of time and energy.

GBThey completely screwed over their… They completely screwed over their users with multiple accounts their TOS HAD no rule against it and support DID encourage the use of multiple accounts. Instead of giving users a heads up to their new rule they immediately banned users with multiple accounts and striped them of all their coins. Giving us no chance to convert them into cash. Absolutely scum. Edit: I also forgot to mention. I ordered the sentinal card. I received it... it was bent... I contact support... they said send it back for a replacement... I did... never got my replacement...

GBI love what XYO is trying to accomplish…BUT.. I love what XYO is trying to accomplish and want to be there when they get there. Their products are great, BUT, anyone try to contact XYO about order issues? Can't call them cause they don't answer incoming calls. CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEEDS WORK! They do however have an on line support site that helps with technical issues, but nothing that address product order issues. I think the company is great with the one exception of lack of good customer support. When XYO starts taking calls to support customers needs, then I will give them 5 STARS.
