USPoor customer service Very poor service. I ordered a 400lb weight set along with accessories. At 1mos. I still have not received them. Road Runner freight seems to have misplaced or lost the order. Inbox fitness only says that they will look into it. Wouldn't even give me a contact name or number or a timeframe as to what will happen next. Kind of the brush off. We're very sorry but oh well. Not good. I would be very careful ordering from them.

USGreat customer service! I had no issues with placing or receiving my order, but the quest bars I received were firmer than normal. I contacted customer service who promptly and professionally responded with an effort to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and replace the quest bars with a much fresher box. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time! I would recommend InboxFitness to any and everyone!

USMissing referral reward I enjoy buying from Inbox fitness, however about 2 or so months ago I referred a friend who purchased from your site. However I did not receive my referral credit. I also followed up with an email and I did not receive any response. I am very disappointed with Inbox Fitness about this and that is why the 3 stars.
