Refuse to refund my account, wrong item sent Hello.. I placed an order for an item which is still on the website the P2 Poor Man's Glute Ham Raise by Sorinex. Order Number 6518... The item which was shipped was a different item as they do not make that item the P2 anymore. The item I purchased was a P2 so the item was returned, as the wrong item was sent. To this day, I have not received a credit to my account.... None of the email address work that they provide, I have messaged them on Instagram as that seems to be the only way to message them. It's been over 6 months and they have yet to refund my form of payment. I would not order from them ever again and as I have free time on my hands due to covid I will start looking for more info to get someone involved at the state level if this business is even stateside.

Fixed Situation, Satisfied Customer Disappointing experience. Ordered a kettlebell and it came completely scatched all over due to terrible packaging. The packaging was ripped and the kettlebell was exposed, causing it to scratch. Thought I resolved this by having them send a replacement. I indicated that the replacement needed to be sent with better packaging, but it came even more scratched than the first one (still completely terrible packaging). Update---- Company completely rectified the situation after seeing this review. Not only was another (3rd) kettle bell sent with MUCH better packaging, but we received a credit for this as well for the error. I truly appreciate companies like this that take time to fix the situation and care about their customers! A+ for you! Thank you!

Missing referral reward I enjoy buying from Inbox fitness, however about 2 or so months ago I referred a friend who purchased from your site. However I did not receive my referral credit. I also followed up with an email and I did not receive any response. I am very disappointed with Inbox Fitness about this and that is why the 3 stars.

Protein bars had melted (and misshaped) by time of delivery Something is wrong with your shipping/packaging conditions as the muscle milk bars get misshapen by the time they get to me. Looks like they heated up and were on the side so part of the top is missing (actually shifted to one side of bar)
