My credit card info was hacked I tried to order a supplement from them and my credit card info got hacked from some beauty company out of Colorado so I had to close my credit card! Their site is obviously easy to hack so stay away from Inbox Fitness!

Missing referral reward I enjoy buying from Inbox fitness, however about 2 or so months ago I referred a friend who purchased from your site. However I did not receive my referral credit. I also followed up with an email and I did not receive any response. I am very disappointed with Inbox Fitness about this and that is why the 3 stars.

Great customer service! I had no issues with placing or receiving my order, but the quest bars I received were firmer than normal. I contacted customer service who promptly and professionally responded with an effort to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and replace the quest bars with a much fresher box.
