GBI ordered 2 Phone cases for Samsung S20… I ordered 2 Phone cases for Samsung S20 Ultra, with phone protector already broken and flip cover doesn't close properly. and second order was wrong item and given Samsung S20 plus, have to return both in one envelope as I have to pay for postage. now just waiting for my refund.

GBOrdered and paid for 2x fitness trackers. Got 1. Ordered and paid for 2x fitness trackers For myself and my partner. Only one arrived. I immediately emailed and got a response within a few hours saying they would “look into it”. A week later and follow up emails and the missing device did appear eventually.

GBWaste of time company. Places order on 11th recieved no tracking info. Contacted company on several occasions with no response. When the case did finally arrive it was nothing like what I ordered, the colour is incorrect, the screen protector doesn't fit the handset, the case can be dangerous as it is reflective which it shouldn't be. This company is a complete joke. I've wasted £25 pounds or there about will definitely never order from them again.

GBPoor communication. Clearly communication is poor with this company. I say poor, its actually non existent. I ordered the wrong phone case. Almost immediately I realised and emailed them asking to cancel the order. Did they reply? No. Weeks later the phone case arrived, it was easier to put it in the bin than it was to return it. Won't be using this company again.

GBPhone case Phone case arrived quickly given the circumstances. It had a small fault and the after service was excellent, prompt and efficiently dealt wth by Aamir as he gave me options to sort the issue out. Will shop with them again.
