Poor quality The keyboard came with a grey mark across a few keys, and in general is not very sturdy. The keys have stickers on them rather than the characters/letters being printed onto the keys as standard. I have requested a return twice but Top Gadgets have not replied.

smart mirror case When you place the order there is no confirmation that order has been received or any communication whatsoever ever, though account is debited. the product took more than three weeks to arrive. Product looks plastic and is horrible. No instruction enclosed to instal smart functions so it’s just a plastic cover and nothing more. requested third party smart instruction installation guidelines, has been three weeks and i have received nothing. don’t bother buying it’s a hideous item.

I immediately emailed and got a response within a few hours saying they would “look into it”. A week later and follow up emails and the missing device did appear eventually.

Quick to resolve issues Payment was taken, however I received no order confirmation or tracking info regarding my order. After two weeks my item has still not arrived neither has any further information. I would like a full refund but do not expect to get one! After two weeks nothing had arrived and there was no communication. However after leaving the above review my issue was resolved within the week, my item arrived and is just as described, very pleased.

The company gave no acknowledgment of the order, left it to Worldpay to send a receipt and supplied no information as to when I was likely to receive it. They did respond to my request for information but by that time I had received the goods. Otherwise good, hence only 4 stars.
