Ordered a phone cover on 26th December… Ordered a phone cover on 26th December still awaiting delivery. When I've contacted company they say it's been sent, but won't supply courier details and have ignored all my emails. Obviously a scam. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!

Phone case Phone case arrived quickly given the circumstances. It had a small fault and the after service was excellent, prompt and efficiently dealt wth by Aamir as he gave me options to sort the issue out. Will shop with them again.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY Purchased an iPad “leather” rotating case 360 degrees which is badly/cheaply designed and doesn’t hold the iPad in position when typing. It keeps falling back flat as grooves aren’t deep enough to hold it. Contacted TopgadgetsUK as wanted to return for full refund. Was told I could keep it for 50% of the price or ask for replacement to be sent out LOL. Replied that I want to return for FULL REFUND and was given address to send item back. It’s been 10 days and still NO REFUND and NO REPLY TO MY E-MAILS. I have asked my credit card company to initiate a chargeback. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST

The company gave no acknowledgment of the order, left it to Worldpay to send a receipt and supplied no information as to when I was likely to receive it. They did respond to my request for information but by that time I had received the goods. Otherwise good, hence only 4 stars.

Utter scam website. Utter scam website. Ordered a phone case which said on the website would arrive within 3-5 days. It didn't arrive so emailed the website and had a reply that if it didn't arrive by the end of the next week I would get a refund. And...it didn't arrive, and no refund. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and used the PayPal app to dispute the transaction. PayPal refunded me immediately. I think the site must just be slushing money from buyers to earn interest before having to repay PayPal.
