Beautiful design meets horrible battery… Beautiful design meets horrible battery life. I read ALL the complaints about abysmal battery life but still bought this expensive paperweight. Battery lasts only a couple weeks and support is zero help. A month of troubleshooting and when they could not find a solution they closed the support ticket. Ive owned this lock for just a year now and have been locked out of my house twice due to arriving home to find a dead battery.

Functions as expected but needs Alexa! Functions as expected but needs Alexa! Or at the very least...IFTT. Also software doesn’t always report locks and unlocks.

Great Great lock Great Great lock. I bought three in a remodeled house we moved into. Have NOT used a traditional key yet. Only negative is lock will not open when you approach with phone or watch. Otherwise the perfect lock

Great lock Exactly what I’ve looked for. Works with hardware I already have. It’s beautifully hidden and works flawlessly. Just wish it could communicate through WiFi instead of just HomeKit/Bluetooth. So much nicer looking that August or other competitors since there isn’t a huge ugly bolt on to your deadbolt on the outside

Level Would Rather Procastinate and Deflect than Fix the Problem I have two Level Keypads. The setup was simple as is adding a code to each keypad. Unfortunately, after the second day neither of the keypads are functioning properly. The keypads light which means that they are operational, but neither will lock or unlock the Level Bolt. I have contacted Level three separate times about my issue, and they have still not corrected the problem. These are not worth the $80/per keypad and the aggravation that will occur if you are trying to have them repaired or replaced.
