Negative stars…Stay Away Negative stars! Cancelled my order with no response or email. My money is being held hostage and customer service is non responsive. This company is a total SCAM. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Attorney General’s office. If I could have given minus 100 stars, I would have. This company deserves to go bankrupt for their horrendous business practices.

I was one of the many people scammed in… I was one of the many people scammed in their false Apple pricing. Mistakes aren't a huge issue if you own up to them, which they did not. They instead shut down any means of contacting their support. I tried calling, their chat feature, and emailing. They cancelled my order without notifying me, haven't refunded my money, and haven't publicly stated that they made an error.

Received a re-furbished HP tower… Received a re-furbished HP tower computer as described. Tiger referred problem with software to vendor who contacted the tech who responded promptly with an option to resolve the issue with Windows 10. Tiger did so quickly, as well as JoySystems. The US Postal took a while to get actual disc delivered (almost 2 weeks). Other wise rating would have been higher. Will buy again if need to in future.

Canceled order without notification Canceled order without notification, now I’m getting tons of spam and my cc number has been compromised. Stay away. I tried calling to close my account but no one answers, and there’s no way to close account online.

Stay away at all costs Echoing what everyone else is saying here. Tried to buy an ipad pro, got sent an email saying its on its way but when i logged in it shows it was cancelled. Customer service is not answering. I'm just going straight to my credit card and doing a charge back. Will never do business with this company again, and hope you read this before buying from them.
