I remember early in the 2000s they were a go to company for pc parts and now they just don't honor their sales. Ordered an iPad Pro M2 and they now said there was a price discrepancy and will cancel the order. No wonder their not a reliable and trusted company anymore.

I was one of the many people scammed in… I was one of the many people scammed in their false Apple pricing. Mistakes aren't a huge issue if you own up to them, which they did not. They instead shut down any means of contacting their support. I tried calling, their chat feature, and emailing. They cancelled my order without notifying me, haven't refunded my money, and haven't publicly stated that they made an error.

I ordered an iPad Air and logged in a few days later to find it had been cancelled without any notification and my payments is still pending - so they are holding my money. Hopefully they cancel all the cancelled transactions, but I bet they are investing them for their own gains somehow. Then selling all of our information.
