Cancelled my order with no email, holding my money hostage … Cancelled my order with no email notification. Seems like this is standard operating procedures at this place - pretend like they have items, accept credit, then slowly return credit when no item ships. Sketchy at best. Seems like this is highly unethical and misleading, perhaps borderline fraudulent. Avoid this place.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Nor did he make me feel that he was deliberately upselling me. As a result, I will be ordering a computer and then some from your website. I can't believe how unreliable… I can't believe how unreliable tigerdirect.com has become. I remember early in the 2000s they were a go to company for pc parts and now they just don't honor their sales. Ordered an iPad Pro M2 and they now said there was a price discrepancy and will cancel the order. No wonder their not a reliable and trusted company anymore.

Negative stars…Stay Away Negative stars! Cancelled my order with no response or email. My money is being held hostage and customer service is non responsive. This company is a total SCAM. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Attorney General’s office. If I could have given minus 100 stars, I would have. This company deserves to go bankrupt for their horrendous business practices.
