GBStay away at all costs Echoing what everyone else is saying here. Tried to buy an ipad pro, got sent an email saying its on its way but when i logged in it shows it was cancelled. Customer service is not answering. I'm just going straight to my credit card and doing a charge back. Will never do business with this company again, and hope you read this before buying from them.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Nor did he make me feel that he was deliberately upselling me. As a result, I will be ordering a computer and then some from your website. I will, also, recommend your site because of this man's great service.

GBReceived a re-furbished HP tower… Received a re-furbished HP tower computer as described. Tiger referred problem with software to vendor who contacted the tech who responded promptly with an option to resolve the issue with Windows 10. Tiger did so quickly, as well as JoySystems. The US Postal took a while to get actual disc delivered (almost 2 weeks). Other wise rating would have been higher. Will buy again if need to in future.

GBCanceled order without notification Canceled order without notification, now I’m getting tons of spam and my cc number has been compromised. Stay away. I tried calling to close my account but no one answers, and there’s no way to close account online.

GBCancelled my order with no email, holding my money hostage … Cancelled my order with no email notification. Seems like this is standard operating procedures at this place - pretend like they have items, accept credit, then slowly return credit when no item ships. Sketchy at best. Seems like this is highly unethical and misleading, perhaps borderline fraudulent. Avoid this place.
