Fake Sales, Keep Money for as long as possible Ordered an iPad and MacBook in separate orders, both were mysteriously cancelled with no notification of cancellation. They have pulled off these fake "sales" before, and although they claim it was caused by some sort of human error, it is simply not possible with the amount of times this has occurred. This is clearly an attempt to either get customer information (signed up on newsletter) or fix some sort of cashflow issue, as they have not refunded yet either. Please, please STAY AWAY!

I purchased an iPad Pro 12.9” M2… I purchased an iPad Pro 12.9” M2 edition on 2/4/2023. Found out that my order got canceled after I click on the button of checking order status from the confirmation email. Tried to call customer service and the lady/rep was extremely unprofessional and rude. What pissed me off is that I did not get an email about the cancellation and the customer service was such BS trying to blame everything on price discrepancy. I do not recommend buying stuffs from them, and I prob won’t ever come close to this company again. I believed many customers just experienced what I ran into this past weekend.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Nor did he make me feel that he was deliberately upselling me. As a result, I will be ordering a computer and then some from your website. Received a re-furbished HP tower… Received a re-furbished HP tower computer as described. Tiger referred problem with software to vendor who contacted the tech who responded promptly with an option to resolve the issue with Windows 10. Tiger did so quickly, as well as JoySystems. The US Postal took a while to get actual disc delivered (almost 2 weeks). Other wise rating would have been higher. Will buy again if need to in future.

I can't believe how unreliable… I can't believe how unreliable tigerdirect.com has become. I remember early in the 2000s they were a go to company for pc parts and now they just don't honor their sales. Ordered an iPad Pro M2 and they now said there was a price discrepancy and will cancel the order. No wonder their not a reliable and trusted company anymore.
