GBI have purchased several new and … I have purchased several new and refurbished computers from Tiger Direct over the course of the last 10 or 15 years. All computers remained in fine working order, including the used lenovo laptop I purchased 8 years ago and am currently using. Around Christmastime, I ordered a laptop for my mother and it was backordered, Any issues I have had with TigerDirect have been quickly addressed by customer service. So ... I cancelled the backordered computer and ordered a different computer. Easy peasy.

GB0 STARS!! Bernie Madoff Company. 0 STARS!!! I'll add to everyone else's negative reviews of this awful company who misled their customer to take advantage of themselves. I ordered an iPad Air and logged in a few days later to find it had been cancelled without any notification and my payments is still pending - so they are holding my money. Hopefully they cancel all the cancelled transactions, but I bet they are investing them for their own gains somehow. Then selling all of our information.

GBLooks like this has occurred quite a… Looks like this has occurred quite a bit to others, but I bought a MBA and IPAD PRO and a couple days later the orders were cancelled without notification. Charges are still present on my credit card. Apparently TigerDirect is in the business of false advertising, order cancelling, and keeping of funds. Will most def report them to BBB since this is essentially fraud.

GBDela Pena, Joemar Dela Pena, Joemar was the person who assisted me. I could not have asked for a more professional and patient person to help me. He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Nor did he make me feel that he was deliberately upselling me. As a result, I will be ordering a computer and then some from your website. I will, also, recommend your site because of this man's great service.

GBStay away at all costs Echoing what everyone else is saying here. Tried to buy an ipad pro, got sent an email saying its on its way but when i logged in it shows it was cancelled. Customer service is not answering. I'm just going straight to my credit card and doing a charge back. Will never do business with this company again, and hope you read this before buying from them.
