I remember early in the 2000s they were a go to company for pc parts and now they just don't honor their sales. Ordered an iPad Pro M2 and they now said there was a price discrepancy and will cancel the order. No wonder their not a reliable and trusted company anymore.

Not trustworthy I have ordered an Ipad and waiting it to be deleived. However no communication from tigerdirect for days. I tried to contact using chat to know that order has been cancelled. I have lost a good deal from another vendor because of this site. I could have chance to buy from another vendor if they atleast notfied me when order was cancelled. However, its best to shop around and see if their close out prices aren't the same as some other online retailers newly released versions.
