Posted FAKE Apple deals only to get new… Posted FAKE Apple deals only to get new customers and collect data for 3 days then blamed it on a glitch. No emails to let us know our orders were cancelled. Will keep data collected to spam us and sell it to partner companies. This should not be allowed. The company should be punished for this scam and not be allowed to use the data they collected in this scam.

I was one of the many people scammed in… I was one of the many people scammed in their false Apple pricing. Mistakes aren't a huge issue if you own up to them, which they did not. They instead shut down any means of contacting their support. I tried calling, their chat feature, and emailing. They cancelled my order without notifying me, haven't refunded my money, and haven't publicly stated that they made an error.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Nor did he make me feel that he was deliberately upselling me. As a result, I will be ordering a computer and then some from your website. 0 STARS!! Bernie Madoff Company. 0 STARS!!! I'll add to everyone else's negative reviews of this awful company who misled their customer to take advantage of themselves. I ordered an iPad Air and logged in a few days later to find it had been cancelled without any notification and my payments is still pending - so they are holding my money. Hopefully they cancel all the cancelled transactions, but I bet they are investing them for their own gains somehow. Then selling all of our information.

Charges are still present on my credit card. Apparently TigerDirect is in the business of false advertising, order cancelling, and keeping of funds. Will most def report them to BBB since this is essentially fraud.
