DONT SHOP HERE DONT SHOP HERE! My complaint is literally the same complaint I’m seeing on other review sites- it used to be reputable but not anymore. Bought an IPad, they cancelled without notice- dozens of other reviews say it’s to collect data and spam and sell to others. Just run.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. 0 STARS!! Bernie Madoff Company. 0 STARS!!! I'll add to everyone else's negative reviews of this awful company who misled their customer to take advantage of themselves. I ordered an iPad Air and logged in a few days later to find it had been cancelled without any notification and my payments is still pending - so they are holding my money. Hopefully they cancel all the cancelled transactions, but I bet they are investing them for their own gains somehow. Then selling all of our information.

Not trustworthy I have ordered an Ipad and waiting it to be deleived. However no communication from tigerdirect for days. I tried to contact using chat to know that order has been cancelled. I have lost a good deal from another vendor because of this site. I could have chance to buy from another vendor if they atleast notfied me when order was cancelled. Now I have disappointed child and money struck with tigerdirect.
