Cancelled my order with no email, holding my money hostage … Cancelled my order with no email notification. Seems like this is standard operating procedures at this place - pretend like they have items, accept credit, then slowly return credit when no item ships. Sketchy at best. Seems like this is highly unethical and misleading, perhaps borderline fraudulent. Avoid this place.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Nor did he make me feel that he was deliberately upselling me. As a result, I will be ordering a computer and then some from your website. Negative stars…Stay Away Negative stars! Cancelled my order with no response or email. My money is being held hostage and customer service is non responsive. This company is a total SCAM. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Attorney General’s office. If I could have given minus 100 stars, I would have. This company deserves to go bankrupt for their horrendous business practices.

Looks like this has occurred quite a… Looks like this has occurred quite a bit to others, but I bought a MBA and IPAD PRO and a couple days later the orders were cancelled without notification. Charges are still present on my credit card. Apparently TigerDirect is in the business of false advertising, order cancelling, and keeping of funds. Will most def report them to BBB since this is essentially fraud.
