I was one of the many people scammed in… I was one of the many people scammed in their false Apple pricing. Mistakes aren't a huge issue if you own up to them, which they did not. They instead shut down any means of contacting their support. I tried calling, their chat feature, and emailing. They cancelled my order without notifying me, haven't refunded my money, and haven't publicly stated that they made an error.

I can't believe how unreliable… I can't believe how unreliable tigerdirect.com has become. I remember early in the 2000s they were a go to company for pc parts and now they just don't honor their sales. Ordered an iPad Pro M2 and they now said there was a price discrepancy and will cancel the order. No wonder their not a reliable and trusted company anymore.

Seems like this is standard operating procedures at this place - pretend like they have items, accept credit, then slowly return credit when no item ships. Sketchy at best. Seems like this is highly unethical and misleading, perhaps borderline fraudulent. Avoid this place.
