GBI purchased an iPad Pro 12.9” M2… I purchased an iPad Pro 12.9” M2 edition on 2/4/2023. Found out that my order got canceled after I click on the button of checking order status from the confirmation email. Tried to call customer service and the lady/rep was extremely unprofessional and rude. What pissed me off is that I did not get an email about the cancellation and the customer service was such BS trying to blame everything on price discrepancy. I do not recommend buying stuffs from them, and I prob won’t ever come close to this company again. I believed many customers just experienced what I ran into this past weekend.

GBReceived a re-furbished HP tower… Received a re-furbished HP tower computer as described. Tiger referred problem with software to vendor who contacted the tech who responded promptly with an option to resolve the issue with Windows 10. Tiger did so quickly, as well as JoySystems. The US Postal took a while to get actual disc delivered (almost 2 weeks). Other wise rating would have been higher. Will buy again if need to in future.

GBPosted FAKE Apple deals only to get new… Posted FAKE Apple deals only to get new customers and collect data for 3 days then blamed it on a glitch. No emails to let us know our orders were cancelled. Will keep data collected to spam us and sell it to partner companies. This should not be allowed. The company should be punished for this scam and not be allowed to use the data they collected in this scam.

GB0 STARS!! Bernie Madoff Company. 0 STARS!!! I'll add to everyone else's negative reviews of this awful company who misled their customer to take advantage of themselves. I ordered an iPad Air and logged in a few days later to find it had been cancelled without any notification and my payments is still pending - so they are holding my money. Hopefully they cancel all the cancelled transactions, but I bet they are investing them for their own gains somehow. Then selling all of our information.

GBApple Scam Scam. Holding funds from cancelled Apple Product orders that were never going to be filled. “Sold” Apple products way under cost knowing they would never provide the product. Caused losses to retailers who price match. No notice of order cancellations. Now this scam “company” has customer information to sell. I thought Tiger Direct was legit. Boy was I wrong.
