I was one of the many people scammed in… I was one of the many people scammed in their false Apple pricing. Mistakes aren't a huge issue if you own up to them, which they did not. They instead shut down any means of contacting their support. I tried calling, their chat feature, and emailing. They cancelled my order without notifying me, haven't refunded my money, and haven't publicly stated that they made an error.

He took a great deal of time with me narrowing down options to suit my needs and did not pressure me to buy something I am not comfortable with. Not trustworthy I have ordered an Ipad and waiting it to be deleived. However no communication from tigerdirect for days. I tried to contact using chat to know that order has been cancelled. I have lost a good deal from another vendor because of this site. I could have chance to buy from another vendor if they atleast notfied me when order was cancelled. Now I have disappointed child and money struck with tigerdirect.

I have purchased several new and … I have purchased several new and refurbished computers from Tiger Direct over the course of the last 10 or 15 years. All computers remained in fine working order, including the used lenovo laptop I purchased 8 years ago and am currently using. Around Christmastime, I ordered a laptop for my mother and it was backordered, Any issues I have had with TigerDirect have been quickly addressed by customer service. So ... I cancelled the backordered computer and ordered a different computer. Easy peasy.

Cancelled my order with no email, holding my money hostage … Cancelled my order with no email notification. Seems like this is standard operating procedures at this place - pretend like they have items, accept credit, then slowly return credit when no item ships. Sketchy at best. Seems like this is highly unethical and misleading, perhaps borderline fraudulent. Avoid this place.
