Rip off's they harassed you and when u… Rip off's they harassed you and when u decide to leave as the harassment they take more than the contract states.. They harass u to add more call at stupid hours even when asked to stop calling they would call over and over. I eventually left loosing out on money they also didn't refund the amount they should have !! I was meant to get 220 even have emails of the refund amount but yet the refund me $192!! They already kept $250 cancellation fee and still ripped me off !!

Never again LAD Brought a LAD 55 inch I paid 1,800 lost the remote and ive been trying to request a remote from them but no go. Don't buy a TV from them, there tvs don't can't work on universal remotes it has to be a LAD remote. And I only had my TV for a year once it was paid off they don't care

Contacted within 24 hours to cancel my… Contacted within 24 hours to cancel my order, was not done until calling about 3 months later. Was told my money would be refunded, but have not received it. Don't bother e-mailing customer service, as they don't even look at them apparently.
