Rip off's they harassed you and when u… Rip off's they harassed you and when u decide to leave as the harassment they take more than the contract states.. They harass u to add more call at stupid hours even when asked to stop calling they would call over and over. I eventually left loosing out on money they also didn't refund the amount they should have !! I was meant to get 220 even have emails of the refund amount but yet the refund me $192!! They already kept $250 cancellation fee and still ripped me off !!

Scam company I contacted them several times because I wanted to cancel my order as I found a better deal on a better turntable, I asked for a refund of my 2 payments and never received a reply. This is a scam company. Run away as fast as you can.

So far not very good So far not very good. I want to cancel my order and the email they tell you to send keeps coming back to me failed. So you can not get intouch with anyone. That there tells me they are not a good company. I'm going to report them today because that is not acceptable at all.

Have used layaway for 3 different… Have used layaway for 3 different products. The first appeared no problem, the second was refurbished item, arrived after a 6 weeks of phones calls chasing the item, and when it did arrive, the screen was scratched right in the middle, not a small scratch several scratches, which for a laptop was quite annoying. I did complain, but as I needed it, I didn't have the time to wait for a replacement. The 3rd item I also had to wait for a over a month for it to arrive. I haven't used these guys since, even though I was continually harnessed with them calling trying to get me to order again. Delivery estimated times are a joke, follow up on complaints also terrible, and I would be weary buying refurbished
