They harass u to add more call at stupid hours even when asked to stop calling they would call over and over. I eventually left loosing out on money they also didn't refund the amount they should have !! I was meant to get 220 even have emails of the refund amount but yet the refund me $192!! They already kept $250 cancellation fee and still ripped me off !!

Absolutely no heart! Im so upset that i got charged a $174.20 as a close fee 😪 and that fee will still be applied even for exceptional circumstances such as a mine being a natural disaster (losing my home and everything in it) and domestic violence. I've spent the last 3 months in a women's refuge with my 2 children, hence why I could no longer continue my Layaway payments. This is absolutely heartless 💔

Never again LAD Brought a LAD 55 inch I paid 1,800 lost the remote and ive been trying to request a remote from them but no go. Don't buy a TV from them, there tvs don't can't work on universal remotes it has to be a LAD remote. And I only had my TV for a year once it was paid off they don't care
