NZI've found communication isn't very… I've found communication isn't very great. I've had payments taken out twice from my account both on a Friday but my contract states payments to be made Mondays. They haven't explained why or given me a pre warning. Have emailed them and received an answer of that being I quote " Monday the 9/01/2023 is your next payment. Thank you. Lack of communication

GBHorrible communication I used them last year and paid out gift cards to buy Christmas with no problem. This year I paid off my order on 11/25/23 and its 12/15/23 and still no gift cards and no response to my emails and I can't reach them by phone. I am guessing I was scammed and will be reaching out to paypal.

AUSTAY AWAY STAY AWAY I ordered a phone and tv through them there meant to call and make sure ur address is correct before sending the items no one did until the delivery guy got to my old address and realised noone was there so he called to say he had arrived and when informed i no longer live there he said the tv would be taken back to layaway it' Was 2weeks with no communication to finally I got a reply yesterday saying Pretty much bad luck I've just lost over $1000 even know 100% the tv got returned

NZNever again LAD Brought a LAD 55 inch I paid 1,800 lost the remote and ive been trying to request a remote from them but no go. Don't buy a TV from them, there tvs don't can't work on universal remotes it has to be a LAD remote. And I only had my TV for a year once it was paid off they don't care
