GBSo far not very good So far not very good. I want to cancel my order and the email they tell you to send keeps coming back to me failed. So you can not get intouch with anyone. That there tells me they are not a good company. I'm going to report them today because that is not acceptable at all.

GByou are a disgrace you are a disgrace. you have no customer service and the phone number you give is totally dysfunctional, no one is ever there to answer your questions. i have called and emailed you dozens of times with no satisfactory outcome on your part. shame on you. after contacting you i finally decided to contact paypal, my situation was resolved in 1 hour. clean up your act, your company has the worst customer service of anyone i have dealt with in the 74 years of my life. the BBB has been contacted, do not do business with this company.

GBScam company I contacted them several times because I wanted to cancel my order as I found a better deal on a better turntable, I asked for a refund of my 2 payments and never received a reply. This is a scam company. Run away as fast as you can.

GBHorrible communication I used them last year and paid out gift cards to buy Christmas with no problem. This year I paid off my order on 11/25/23 and its 12/15/23 and still no gift cards and no response to my emails and I can't reach them by phone. I am guessing I was scammed and will be reaching out to paypal.

NZNever again LAD Brought a LAD 55 inch I paid 1,800 lost the remote and ive been trying to request a remote from them but no go. Don't buy a TV from them, there tvs don't can't work on universal remotes it has to be a LAD remote. And I only had my TV for a year once it was paid off they don't care
