GByou are a disgrace you are a disgrace. you have no customer service and the phone number you give is totally dysfunctional, no one is ever there to answer your questions. i have called and emailed you dozens of times with no satisfactory outcome on your part. shame on you. after contacting you i finally decided to contact paypal, my situation was resolved in 1 hour. clean up your act, your company has the worst customer service of anyone i have dealt with in the 74 years of my life. the BBB has been contacted, do not do business with this company.

NZHave used layaway for 3 different… Have used layaway for 3 different products. The first appeared no problem, the second was refurbished item, arrived after a 6 weeks of phones calls chasing the item, and when it did arrive, the screen was scratched right in the middle, not a small scratch several scratches, which for a laptop was quite annoying. I did complain, but as I needed it, I didn't have the time to wait for a replacement. The 3rd item I also had to wait for a over a month for it to arrive. I haven't used these guys since, even though I was continually harnessed with them calling trying to get me to order again. Delivery estimated times are a joke, follow up on complaints also terrible, and I would be weary buying refurbished

AUAbsolutely no heart! Im so upset that i got charged a $174.20 as a close fee 😪 and that fee will still be applied even for exceptional circumstances such as a mine being a natural disaster (losing my home and everything in it) and domestic violence. I've spent the last 3 months in a women's refuge with my 2 children, hence why I could no longer continue my Layaway payments. This is absolutely heartless 💔

GBContacted within 24 hours to cancel my… Contacted within 24 hours to cancel my order, was not done until calling about 3 months later. Was told my money would be refunded, but have not received it. Don't bother e-mailing customer service, as they don't even look at them apparently.
