GBThere webpage should be taken down… There webpage should be taken down completely. Made a purchase and item still sits at processing. Contacted them numerous times by ticket and no reply at all, they are still active on site as their automated email mentions December to January working days, but will still ignore you. Twitter and Facebook accounts have not been active since March 2020. If you have made a purchase GET a refund as soon as possible, don't bother them just go through citizens advice or chargeback.

CAPoor shipping speed and quality Purchased our “wraps” around Black Friday. Took them over a month to ship because they were on “back order” which confused me because it’s just vinyl, don’t they print it themselves? Finally got them 2 months after ordering and they’re pretty garbage. Don’t expect them to stay on for more than a couple weeks.

GBWe bought a wrap for an Apple Pencil… We bought a wrap for an Apple Pencil product is horrible, doesn’t stick to the tip or the back of the pencil and refuses to stick, they will not do anything to help, and we bought three. Two of which are new they allow a return, but they make you pay shipping, there is no guarantee and overall seems very sketchy. STAY CLEAR OF THEM even if they are cheaper go for a more reputable brand

GBOrdered a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2… Ordered a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 Metal Series Skins METAL: GOLD What arrived was some sticky labels even though the website clearly shows a faceplate and has no mention to the fact you are only buying sticky labels. This website should be shut down or at least be made to advise clearly what customer might be buying. Buyers Be Wary 90% of customers have had a bad experience never seen such a poor score for any other Company.

GBWorst customer service experience ever Worst customer service experience ever. I have previously used this company and had a good customer experience. I placed my order 12/31/21 and have yet to receive any sort of update. All of my requests to contact have only been answered by automated replies stating "shipment times may be extended 1-2 weeks" and that "response times are 7-10 business days" it has been 11 weeks. If you are that behind, clearly state it on your website that orders may take 3 months or more to process.
