I screwed up the first install so they sent me a free replacement (customer covers shipping) and the second attempt went perfectly after using more of the wet solution. After a day or so any tiny imperfections disappeared and now you can’t even tell that there is a cover on the machine.

I reached out to them and got a PR response. "We take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Our skins are designed to be easily removable without leaving any traces or causing damage to your devices. We have millions of satisfied customers who have successfully used our skins without any issues." But going by the amount of hate they have here and on Reddit, it's a wonder they're even in business anymore. My recommendation is to stay well-clear.

Not happy It came in a poor package, a simple plastic envelope and it was bent. The top and bottom sticker is perfect, but the interior sticker does not fit. The trackpad sticker is 2mm bigger than the trackpad itself, just like around the trackpad.

I immediately contacted the company via email to cancel the order, and the company responded 30 minutes later via email to ask why. I explained why; however, the company did not respond. The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed.
