Worst customer service experience ever Worst customer service experience ever. I have previously used this company and had a good customer experience. I placed my order 12/31/21 and have yet to receive any sort of update. All of my requests to contact have only been answered by automated replies stating "shipment times may be extended 1-2 weeks" and that "response times are 7-10 business days" it has been 11 weeks. If you are that behind, clearly state it on your website that orders may take 3 months or more to process.

Poor shipping speed and quality Purchased our “wraps” around Black Friday. Took them over a month to ship because they were on “back order” which confused me because it’s just vinyl, don’t they print it themselves? Finally got them 2 months after ordering and they’re pretty garbage. Don’t expect them to stay on for more than a couple weeks.

Great product with a really good price… Great product with a really good price point. Even had a minor issue that they took care in a timely manner to make sure everything was right (thank you Jess). Great customer service which is a lost art nowadays. Would I use them again....yes

TERRIBLE It's been a month in a half, several emails, no tracking number, no response back and they say it's a 2-3 week processing time. It's been 6 weeks. A simple reply back acknowledging your customers will go a long way. Brutal customer service and makes people think your business isn't legit.

Less than 1 star--Terrible! If I could give a less than 1 star, I wouldOrdered a clear/no customization needed wrap on 1/21/22. Asked about order status on 2/8/22. Not a nice little form email and then they continued to ignore me. Submitted another ticket on their website canceling my unfilled order. Got another vague auto-response same verbiage as before. "EXPECT RESPONSE TIME TO TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS IS DUE TO LIMITED STAFF & HIGHER VOLUMES OF EMAILS COMING IN." How many times am I supposed to swallow that line?
