TERRIBLE It's been a month in a half, several emails, no tracking number, no response back and they say it's a 2-3 week processing time. It's been 6 weeks. A simple reply back acknowledging your customers will go a long way. Brutal customer service and makes people think your business isn't legit.

Ordered a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2… Ordered a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 Metal Series Skins METAL: GOLD What arrived was some sticky labels even though the website clearly shows a faceplate and has no mention to the fact you are only buying sticky labels. This website should be shut down or at least be made to advise clearly what customer might be buying. Buyers Be Wary 90% of customers have had a bad experience never seen such a poor score for any other Company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Slickwraps sold me 2 wraps then never delivered, I chased them up only to be told it will take another 4 weeks, 10 weeks later and no responses and I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back, they waited until the last day of the PayPal case to resolve, pushing the refund out again. Absolute rubbish store that will not deliver or keep you informed. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THERE ARE FAR BETTER SELLERS OF WRAPS.
