The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed.

I reached out to them and got a PR response. "We take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Our skins are designed to be easily removable without leaving any traces or causing damage to your devices. We have millions of satisfied customers who have successfully used our skins without any issues." But going by the amount of hate they have here and on Reddit, it's a wonder they're even in business anymore. My recommendation is to stay well-clear.
