GBOrdered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13" Ordered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13". Was shipped in August and its now October, still nothing arrived. Completely ignored emails for first month, finally started responding and saying I have to track it down, without giving any details or info on how to do this. Needless to say I'm unable to locate it 2 months on and they refuse to provide a refund. Have offered to send it again so I'll update this review in January when the second shipment fails to make it too. Just use ANYONE else, even colouring in your device with a sharpie marker would be better than buying from these people.

GBI made a purchase on slickwraps.com on… I made a purchase on slickwraps.com on a Saturday morning and then changed my mind two hours later. I immediately contacted the company via email to cancel the order, and the company responded 30 minutes later via email to ask why. I explained why; however, the company did not respond. The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed.

GBGreat product with a really good price… Great product with a really good price point. Even had a minor issue that they took care in a timely manner to make sure everything was right (thank you Jess). Great customer service which is a lost art nowadays. Would I use them again....yes

GBLess than 1 star--Terrible! If I could give a less than 1 star, I wouldOrdered a clear/no customization needed wrap on 1/21/22. Asked about order status on 2/8/22. Not a nice little form email and then they continued to ignore me. Submitted another ticket on their website canceling my unfilled order. Got another vague auto-response same verbiage as before. "EXPECT RESPONSE TIME TO TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS IS DUE TO LIMITED STAFF & HIGHER VOLUMES OF EMAILS COMING IN." How many times am I supposed to swallow that line?

NZdamaged my mac They claim that the wraps can be removed without damage, but my Mac was in for a repair and the Mac repair folk tried to remove it and it damaged the top of my laptop. I reached out to them and got a PR response. "We take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Our skins are designed to be easily removable without leaving any traces or causing damage to your devices. We have millions of satisfied customers who have successfully used our skins without any issues." But going by the amount of hate they have here and on Reddit, it's a wonder they're even in business anymore. My recommendation is to stay well-clear.
