TERRIBLE It's been a month in a half, several emails, no tracking number, no response back and they say it's a 2-3 week processing time. It's been 6 weeks. A simple reply back acknowledging your customers will go a long way. Brutal customer service and makes people think your business isn't legit.

Not happy It came in a poor package, a simple plastic envelope and it was bent. The top and bottom sticker is perfect, but the interior sticker does not fit. The trackpad sticker is 2mm bigger than the trackpad itself, just like around the trackpad.

Great product with a really good price… Great product with a really good price point. Even had a minor issue that they took care in a timely manner to make sure everything was right (thank you Jess). Great customer service which is a lost art nowadays. Would I use them again....yes

Lots of room for improvement. To be honest it's not what I was expecting. When removing the skin there was lots of residue and a horrible smell. The skin began delaminating shortly after application on my iPhone, and when I went to remove it from my Apple Keyboard, the skin left adhesive which was very difficult to remove. The skin for the apple pencil prevented it from charging correctly so I had to remove it so it was a waste of money. I've used other brands in the past and this has never been an issue.
