We bought a wrap for an Apple Pencil… We bought a wrap for an Apple Pencil product is horrible, doesn’t stick to the tip or the back of the pencil and refuses to stick, they will not do anything to help, and we bought three. Two of which are new they allow a return, but they make you pay shipping, there is no guarantee and overall seems very sketchy. STAY CLEAR OF THEM even if they are cheaper go for a more reputable brand

TERRIBLE It's been a month in a half, several emails, no tracking number, no response back and they say it's a 2-3 week processing time. It's been 6 weeks. A simple reply back acknowledging your customers will go a long way. Brutal customer service and makes people think your business isn't legit.

damaged my mac They claim that the wraps can be removed without damage, but my Mac was in for a repair and the Mac repair folk tried to remove it and it damaged the top of my laptop. I reached out to them and got a PR response. "We take pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Our skins are designed to be easily removable without leaving any traces or causing damage to your devices. We have millions of satisfied customers who have successfully used our skins without any issues." But going by the amount of hate they have here and on Reddit, it's a wonder they're even in business anymore. My recommendation is to stay well-clear.

I screwed up the first install so they sent me a free replacement (customer covers shipping) and the second attempt went perfectly after using more of the wet solution. After a day or so any tiny imperfections disappeared and now you can’t even tell that there is a cover on the machine.
