Ordered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13" Ordered a wrap for MacBook Pro 13". Was shipped in August and its now October, still nothing arrived. Completely ignored emails for first month, finally started responding and saying I have to track it down, without giving any details or info on how to do this. Needless to say I'm unable to locate it 2 months on and they refuse to provide a refund. Have offered to send it again so I'll update this review in January when the second shipment fails to make it too. Just use ANYONE else, even colouring in your device with a sharpie marker would be better than buying from these people.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Slickwraps sold me 2 wraps then never delivered, I chased them up only to be told it will take another 4 weeks, 10 weeks later and no responses and I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back, they waited until the last day of the PayPal case to resolve, pushing the refund out again. Absolute rubbish store that will not deliver or keep you informed. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THERE ARE FAR BETTER SELLERS OF WRAPS.

TERRIBLE It's been a month in a half, several emails, no tracking number, no response back and they say it's a 2-3 week processing time. It's been 6 weeks. A simple reply back acknowledging your customers will go a long way. Brutal customer service and makes people think your business isn't legit.

Poor shipping speed and quality Purchased our “wraps” around Black Friday. Took them over a month to ship because they were on “back order” which confused me because it’s just vinyl, don’t they print it themselves? Finally got them 2 months after ordering and they’re pretty garbage. Don’t expect them to stay on for more than a couple weeks.
