USItem did not respond or work as specs… Item did not respond or work as specs indicated. They wouldn't take the item back and don't care about customer service or reviews. This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever spent money on! They've ripped off the church I work for and are uncooperative. Don't buy from them at ANY cost! They sell through Amazon so beware!

USReturning the computer Returning the computer. Before sending the computer, I wrote the reason for sending. Received permission to ship without fines. I returned this computer unharmed. E Digital-electronics gave me back $ 130 less. When I asked why I was fined, E Digital-electronics sent in pictures of the computer smeared with paint. When I sent the computer it was not. This is a lie. Nobody has done this for the past 20 years. I do not recommend buying from this store.

I cant believe.I have called Post. Postsay they have given the product to 3 party delivery Partner. I have asked e digital and they keep giving me Postphone number. One of the worst experience. Still waiting for my Post

BGLIARS!!! LIARS!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! THEY DELIVERED ME TV WITH BROKEN MATRIX IN FUNNY NOT CONVENIENT PACKAGE WITHOUT SIGNATURE "FRAGILE". I OPENED THE TV IN THE DELIVER'S OFFICE AND IT SEEMS WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES. WHEN I CAME HOME AND CONNECTED THE WIRE I FOUND OUT THAT ALL THE MATRIX IS BROKEN!!! THAT WAS 30 MIN AFTER DELIVERY. I SIGNAL THE CALL CENTER AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CHANGE IT. GUESS NOW- THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT OR TO GIVE MONEY BACK!!! AND EVEN DO NOT RESPOND ON THE PHONES. IT IS 2018 NOW AND CUSTOMERS HAVE RIGHTS! WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES ON THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGE HOW CAN A COSTUMER GUESS THAT HE PAYS FOR BROKEN THINGS?? IF THEY DO NOT GIVE MY MY MONEY BACK, I WILL GO TO THE COURT. NEXT DAY THEY WILL SEND THIS PRODUCT TO SOMEONE ELSE!
