GBNo communication, No Product Company does not respond e-mails or fax (no phone number!). Payment accepted but no product, no information. After no responses and missing Christmas (order placed Dec 10) I filed complaint with PayPal. e-Digital refunded $ 10 days later. Also, be aware that all review sites only allow you to give a minimum of 1 star. This means that if 1/2 of reviewers are retailer "oriented" and give 5 stars - that retailer can do no worse than 3 stars.....

GBWarning! Warning!! First of all I ordered through Amazon as I do not trust companies like these usually. I was promised a two day delivery and ordered the product right before I went away on vacation. Panicked on the day it was supposed to arrive it's still show that it has not shipped. Panicked on the day it was supposed to arrive it's still show that it has not shipped cancel the order or try to and Amazon help along the way by shipping me a product into days to my destination. But then received an email that the product has shipped and then they updated the Amazon profile that it shipped. Funny thing is I checked the tracking number they gave me through FedEx it had not shipped the number was nonexistent . I would be very Larry and dealing with these people even when Amazon called him there was no way for Amazon to leave a message as no one answered the phone

GBno communication, product does not ship These people suck. Not poor communication but no communication. Placed order: 09/28/2009 Pending 09/30/2009 Processing It is now 10/6 and it has not shipped and no response to my efforts to contact them. The credit card charge has gone through though and my bill is due.

GBTerrible Communication Seems like a fly-by-night operation. No communication, and ended up cancelling my order because they did not have it in stock (after a week of waiting). Why post something on your site to sell if you dont have it in stock? And when someone emails to ask if you have it in stock , why not just reply with a simply "I'm sorry,we don't."
