Terrible Communication Seems like a fly-by-night operation. No communication, and ended up cancelling my order because they did not have it in stock (after a week of waiting). Why post something on your site to sell if you dont have it in stock? And when someone emails to ask if you have it in stock , why not just reply with a simply "I'm sorry,we don't."

no communication, product does not ship These people suck. Not poor communication but no communication. Placed order: 09/28/2009 Pending 09/30/2009 Processing It is now 10/6 and it has not shipped and no response to my efforts to contact them. The credit card charge has gone through though and my bill is due.
