GBUnfair Business Practices I received a defective Mac computer in December 2017. I spent weeks trying to have the unit repaired by Apple. They finally informed me that the computer could not be repaired, they had given it to multiple skilled technicians and none of them could find a solution. I notified edigital via Amazon that I wanted to return the device for a refund. I received authorization to return the computer but I was not offered shipping assistance. I had to cover the expenses of shipping their defective merchandise back to them. I paid $180 in packing and shipping charges to be able to return their defective equipment. I have made numerous attempts at resolution which went ignored until I resumed attempts last week. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and this request has been completely ignored. Today, 3/22/18, they offered $20 for my expenses. I fear that this incident may be indicative of service provided to others who order through their online business - especially senior citizens who may not have the funds to pay $180 out of pocket to return items. I am a senior citizen but I still work full time and could manage the $180 even though it is grossly unfair and I feel the company has taken advantage of me.

GBno communication, product does not ship These people suck. Not poor communication but no communication. Placed order: 09/28/2009 Pending 09/30/2009 Processing It is now 10/6 and it has not shipped and no response to my efforts to contact them. The credit card charge has gone through though and my bill is due.

BGLIARS!!! LIARS!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! THEY DELIVERED ME TV WITH BROKEN MATRIX IN FUNNY NOT CONVENIENT PACKAGE WITHOUT SIGNATURE "FRAGILE". I OPENED THE TV IN THE DELIVER'S OFFICE AND IT SEEMS WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES. WHEN I CAME HOME AND CONNECTED THE WIRE I FOUND OUT THAT ALL THE MATRIX IS BROKEN!!! THAT WAS 30 MIN AFTER DELIVERY. I SIGNAL THE CALL CENTER AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CHANGE IT. GUESS NOW- THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT OR TO GIVE MONEY BACK!!! AND EVEN DO NOT RESPOND ON THE PHONES. IT IS 2018 NOW AND CUSTOMERS HAVE RIGHTS! WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE DAMAGES ON THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGE HOW CAN A COSTUMER GUESS THAT HE PAYS FOR BROKEN THINGS?? IF THEY DO NOT GIVE MY MY MONEY BACK, I WILL GO TO THE COURT. NEXT DAY THEY WILL SEND THIS PRODUCT TO SOMEONE ELSE!
