Awesome Deal and Awesome Service Ordered a gorgeous Rotary watch from SnaggStuff last year. It was the lowest price I had ever seen on that model (I am a watch collector). After a month or so I noticed the watch was struggling to keep time and had to be wound often--the rotor for the automatic movement didn't appear to be working. So I contacted the manufacturer, and they wanted me to ship the watch to England for service. Of course, that would have cost almost as much as the watch itself! So I emailed Snagg Stuff and they said I must have gotten a defective watch and that they would be happy to replace it at no charge!!!!! You can imagine my surprise--considering I had already had the watch for a month or longer! SnaggStuff shipped me a new watch in a week or so and that was that! I have now had the replacement watch for close to a year, and it works perfectly. Thank you so much to SnaggStuff for the great service! I will be watching every day for those specials! Great Customer Service I bought a monitor from snaggstuff. When it arrived fedex had smashed it. I called snaggstuff and to my surprise they said no problem and paid for it to be shipped back to them, and then shipped me a new one. It took less than a week to get the replacement.
