Great Customer Service I bought a monitor from snaggstuff. When it arrived fedex had smashed it. I called snaggstuff and to my surprise they said no problem and paid for it to be shipped back to them, and then shipped me a new one. It took less than a week to get the replacement. Now that's amazing service. Will tell anyone looking for a tech deal about them.

Excellet Prices I bought several software CDs for my business and Prices are excellent and received most of my orders with in 3 days(excellent service). Not the exact product you purchase will show up I purchased, what i thought to be a new copy, of windows 7 pro. When the disk showed up at my office this was not a copy of windows 7 but a REBOOT disk for windows 7 for Dell PC. And the SN sticker looked like they pealed it off of a PC. Needless to say the disk didn't work and i had to complain. When asking for a refund i was told that the problem must be my fault. and they are a licensed Microsoft retailer (they are not). So i had to claim the purchase on my AMEX to get my money back, Snaggstuff would not refund my money. IF you buy software from them i would be very concerned

Bad store, sent a simple connector instead of the entire order Bought something I was lead to believe was a docking station. Ended up receiving a simple connector. Now they're using the fact that they shipped a box to avoid giving me back my money even if I sent back the "connector". Wrong way of doing business, avoid them. Plenty other stores to buy from.
