Great Customer Service I bought a monitor from snaggstuff. When it arrived fedex had smashed it. I called snaggstuff and to my surprise they said no problem and paid for it to be shipped back to them, and then shipped me a new one. It took less than a week to get the replacement. Not the exact product you purchase will show up I purchased, what i thought to be a new copy, of windows 7 pro. When the disk showed up at my office this was not a copy of windows 7 but a REBOOT disk for windows 7 for Dell PC. And the SN sticker looked like they pealed it off of a PC. Needless to say the disk didn't work and i had to complain. When asking for a refund i was told that the problem must be my fault. and they are a licensed Microsoft retailer (they are not). So i had to claim the purchase on my AMEX to get my money back, Snaggstuff would not refund my money. IF you buy software from them i would be very concerned
