I called snaggstuff and to my surprise they said no problem and paid for it to be shipped back to them, and then shipped me a new one. It took less than a week to get the replacement. Now that's amazing service. Will tell anyone looking for a tech deal about them.

Bad store, sent a simple connector instead of the entire order Bought something I was lead to believe was a docking station. Ended up receiving a simple connector. Now they're using the fact that they shipped a box to avoid giving me back my money even if I sent back the "connector". Wrong way of doing business, avoid them. Plenty other stores to buy from.
