slow on customer but great on prices I purchased the download code for Vipre lifetime antivirus. Snaggstuff.com had the cheapest price for the item and actually the only company I found selling the lifetime version. I received the code in an email in about 2 days. The instructions were a bit lax though, so I asked for some assistance with the code and promptly received a reply. The only bad part was two months after I put in the code it said my trail version expired. I tried emailing and messaging them from their site with no reply. When I reviewed them though they did finally assist me and I got the code that Vipre confirmed was lifetime. So overall I would say they got some improvements to make on their electronic customer service, but when you get a hold of them they are more then willing to fix the issue. Thanks Snaggstuff.com!
