GROrdered a TV and they kept changing the… Ordered a TV and they kept changing the delivery date. Please note that while ordering their system was informing that the actual TV was in another branch a few km away so the transfer should have taken a day or two. Nope... the transfer or wherever they actually got the TV form took more than 3 weeks. The sad thing is that every time I contacted them they had no idea where the TV was... so they couldn't say for sure what was happening. Another thing they do for SEO and confuse people is that the leave on their site millions of products they used to have and now show as unavailable without deleting them.

MANAGER ,SUPERVISOR OR ANYONE ELSE ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE FORWARD YOUR DEMANDS AND BE PATIENT.... ONE THING I CAN UNDERSTAND FROM THAT USELESS CEO. CALLS 22 MILLION OF INVESTMENTS AND THERE IS NO MANAGER TO SOLVE PEOPLES PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCTS LIKE LAUNDRY KITCHEN FRIDGE ETC WHICH THEY IMPORT FROM TURKEY.....!!!!! -22.000.000 stars from me

GRVery bad delivery arrangements It is the second time today that I have ordered something from the Public and did not arrive on time. The worst is that both times (the first in a shop and the second online purchase), I was asked what day I want the item to be delivered. If they cannot deliver when the client wants, why they have this option in the first place?

GREverything 's wrong I ordered five English books for my daughter's summer vacations last July. One and a half month later they sent me an email that I will get the books sometime in the middle of September. Called them and ask them not to send them and asked to use the money for something else. They accepted. 3-4 days later a courier send me a message that I have an package from Public. Ask the courier not to send the package and I called back Public to tell them that I will use the money for school books and stuff. They accepted and told me that they will send me a refund. At the begging of October, I called Public again to ask my money back because at that time they hadn't sent me the refund and I'd finished the school's buying. They accepted. After over 50 calls, I managed to get my money back yesterday, 21st of December and after having me waiting at the store for over a hour! Stay away from Public's Web orders! Stay away from Public's call center!

BGDon’t Go Here On A Weekend If Possible This store gets busy. I have found that if you want something from a busy section, you literally have to go to other sections to find a person who can help you. The person who helped me, even though it was not his area, was able to get me the answer I needed which for me, unfortunately, was that they didn’t have my item even though it said online that it was in the store.
