Don’t Go Here On A Weekend If Possible This store gets busy. I have found that if you want something from a busy section, you literally have to go to other sections to find a person who can help you. The person who helped me, even though it was not his area, was able to get me the answer I needed which for me, unfortunately, was that they didn’t have my item even though it said online that it was in the store.

Total failure Worst e-commerce experience. Order placed 2 weeks ago (and paid) for a product which was tagged as available for next day delivery. Failed to deliver on promised date so the order was cancelled. Two weeks later and the product has not yet returned to them by their 3pl so they cannot proceed to the credit of the my order. Moreover their cc agents are completely rude.

Very bad delivery arrangements It is the second time today that I have ordered something from the Public and did not arrive on time. The worst is that both times (the first in a shop and the second online purchase), I was asked what day I want the item to be delivered. If they cannot deliver when the client wants, why they have this option in the first place?

You make an order, you pay off the whole amount and products gets into "extensive search" for even 3 months, while withholding your money, and the product and when the product is never found, they refund you. This results on missing on products that where released on limited editions.
