I EMAILED THEM DAYS BEFORE I GOT MY ITEM IN THE MAIL. (NOTE:I had to wait a whole MONTH to get my item) THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. My conclusion is: You get what you paid for.Therefore,if you want a good quality items shop elsewhere.

Fancycost? - Useless, don't buy from them I bought a power/data lead from this company. After 30 days a lead was delivered but it was the wrong one. They asked me to send photos of the one they had sent. After a month with no reply I chased them and they agreed to send the correct one. It never appeared. Five months later, countless emails, broken promises and then an offer to refund the cost. They haven't!! Don't buy anything from this company, they are totally useless.
