SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered a phone case over a month ago and never received it. They have no tracking numbers and barely any contact info. I sent an email that they responded to over a week later. They assured it would be here and it never came. Don't waste your MONEY or TIME!!! The good reviews on here are the first ones, definitely their own friends or family!

Doubt they are legit - Wish I could give "0" Stars BEWARE- the "positive" reviews of FancyCost are likely posted by their friends and employees -- I am a real customer. Fancycost.com (and dozens of other similar Chinese-run websites, all offering the same products all run by the same shop?) lists products for sale, takes your money (via PayPal) and then never answers emails or provides any order updates. I waited 3 days, heard nothing, checked my PP receipt and found a totally different email address, wrote requesting an update and immediately got a refund and "sorry, out of stock" response, EVEN THOUGH the website store showed (AND STILL SHOWS!) the item I ordered as in-stock and.... offering bulk pricing tiers if you buy large quatities (of out-of-stock items!!!!) If you take a chance and order and actually get an item you must be in the small, small minority. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY.

FancyCost/ColoredApples is FRAUD and a SCAM I purchased a $200 phone + Insurance two weeks ago. They said it would take 5-12 days to arrive in my country. I emailed them and asked where the tracking number was from and they replied very vaguley, obviously not wanting me to know the postal company so I couldn't track it. They just sent me screenshots saying "You might not know Chinese but this is the proof". Well, I do know Chinese and it's all a SCAM. The green feedback on this site is all fake too, written by the company. He also operates other fraudulent stores such as ColoredApples. I'm a federal officer and I have reported the matter to the relevant department in both my country, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, and neighbouring countries. FancyCost will be shut down and the owner will either go to jail or/and receive a find +/- $3million USD. He has scammed to many people and I will make sure he gets what he deserves.

Bad Company My item never got shipped and after many emails asking for a refund i never saw it back, wouldn't normally worry but it was close to £100

Do not buy from fancycost.com! I would have given 0 stars if I could. Customer service does not exist, and i wonder if it is a legitimate company. Placed an order on Dec 10th, with expedited $25 shipping. Its 28th now, and I still don't have my order delivered, nor did i hear from their customer service after emailing them.
