No response Honestly kinda forget about it until I somehow revisted the site: year 2020, after a month of order processing send mail and got no response, after 4 months of attempting any form of contact got nothing in return. Has been 2 years now order still "processing" and got no email from them. Highly likely to be a scam site would not recommend, support won't help you either.

There are better places on line Bad experience, they advertise "NO Customs cost " and after a very long time shipping 4 weeks you have even to deal with the customs and waste of time and money !! Worst website to order from Bad customer service! Find another place to order your stuff. I placed an order by mistake for an amazfit 2 watch thinking it was the amazfit +. 30 mins after placing the order I tried to cancel my order and followed the website instructions. I got 1 reply after trying to follow up for almost a week now. I don't believe I will get my goods or the money back.
