USThe products are good The products are good, which is the most important aspect. Ordering was more difficult than expected because of problems of using American Express. I ordered 4 items but received only 3 in a box with no packing and no paperwork to indicate if the item was back-ordered or just short shipped. I contacted Kanex who said they would send the short shipped item. That was 10 days ago - still waiting.

CAJust what I need as always. I love this company for so many reasons. The latest item I bought was their watch/phone charger and I love it. They are creative, innovative and they think like we think. As a result they come up woh great solutions for the Apple products I love.

USGreat Keyboard Really great keyboard. The ability to connect this keyboard to 4 different devices is fantastic. Fits nice, slim and seek in my space. Would recommend.

USKanex did an amazing job of providing a … Kanex did an amazing job of providing a keyboard that filled in a gap in Apple's keyboard lineup... It is aesthetically pleasing, it's wireless, has a low profile, it's rechargeable via USB, it easily allows a single keyboard for up to 4 devices, and best of all it has a numeric keypad and integrates seamlessly with Apple's OS and Microsoft apps. I also find the white letters on the black keys much easier to see (especially if I'm leaning back) than the grey letters on white keys on Apple's newest keyboards--what was Apple thinking?!--and it's more affordable. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are 2 areas where it could be better. The keyboard has a plastic feel and sound and just doesn't feel as good as my prior Apple (wired) keyboard--but, I'm not sure Apple's new keyboards feel right either. Also, every now and then, the keyboard either disconnects or goes to sleep--so, if I start typing, it might miss the first letter or two, usually when I'm trying to enter the password to log in. Obviously, the pros outweigh the cons; but, feel and connectivity are important.

USI'll never be ordering from or recommending Kanex to anyone for anything. I ordered that hundred dollar aluminum wireless Bluetooth keyboard for mac. I was SO EXCITED to get it. I'm a web developer and graphic designer, so I type for hours a day between multiple devices. Upon receiving it, I tested it out for about an hour. I was really unsatisfied with the quality of the keyboard, and so the same day, I emailed customer service to ask for the address so I could return it. I heard back a week or so later with all kinds of questions about why I was returning it, which I thought I had made that clear in my first message. I finally heard back another week later with the return instructions. Most companies will give you a return label for shipping. I could accept that Kane's did not. So I paid the $15 shipping and shipped it out the same day as I received that last message. A week and a half went by with no word. I messaged customer service again, and they said they had received it and would be putting in the refund of $79.99 within a couple days explaining at the last minute that "there may or may not be a 20% restocking fee". I handled everything promptly and met all the conditions of the 30-day money-back guarantee. So I messaged them back explaining my problem with that. I never heard back. Over another week later, $79.99 refunded to my account. I sent another message inquiring as to why $79.99 and not $100.00 because I met all the terms of the money-back guarantee, the product was in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and Kanex didn't even have to pay the return shipping. I never heard back until I just got this email requesting a rating. REALLY?! I don't care so much about getting $35 back, but it's the principal of the matter. You "guarantee" that I'll get my money back if I'm unsatisfied with the product and return it proactively, yet here I am, out 35 bucks and plenty of time wasted. I was actually concerned that due to Kanex's slow response times, I wouldn't make the 30-day cutoff, which I almost wonder if it was intentional or not. Should've just gone with the full-size Apple keyboard from the start.
