GBI ordered four items and charged for… I ordered four items and charged for them. However, there was no confirmation of my order, and when I called, the phone call went to PayPal, to which the computer talked and told me to dispute. Amazingly, the payment history is not in Paypal, only on my banking. Finally, I found a phone number that takes me to WhatsApp, and I asked, but the responder didn't show me anything. So, I dispute my credit card.

GBGood products but site is a bit … Good products but site is a bit difficult to navigate as far as finding products. The large slider is eye catching but way too large and takes up too much screen real estate for those looking to purchase something specific. It took a bit to find the drop down product at the top mostly because when it pops up all you see are the pics of products not the navigation pane. Otherwise the company is good and I have bought apple products from them and been very happy with them.

GBI love the iPhone screen protector I love the iPhone screen protector. It's better made and clearer than other brands I've purchased - and far less expensive!

GBThe best mac keyboard EVER !! I had a small issue with one of their products, and I have to say their customer service is the BEST I have experienced in years. As far as the Kanex multi-connect keyboard? Amazing keyboard... use it to control my IPAD, Desktop and phone with one push of the button. The scissor action is great too.

GBI want to start out saying that I would… I want to start out saying that I would normally not take the time out of my day to write a negative review however, I feel I need to warn the rest of the community regarding Kanex's lack of support. I purchased two Kanex Premium DuraBraid 10ft lighting cables for Christmas for my two daughters. After a month both cables stopped charging ALL devices. Both cables showed no signs of wear or damage. Thinking that Kanex would stand behind their products I reached out the only way they will allow, via email. I promptly received an email saying they received my correspondence and would most likely be back in touch within 48 hours. One month later NOTHING. I then responded back to Kanex expressing my displeasure I still have received no reply. I'm simply amazed. I've never seen a tech company with a supposed good reputation not respond or stand behind their products. DON'T TRUST
