Poor Customer Service I realized that I had ordered the wrong HDMI to VHA adapter when I got it. So, I immediately sent an email to Kanex's technical support department. I got an automated response stating that I'd be contacted in 48 hrs. I patiently waited 48 hrs, but I did not get any response whatsoever. Consequently, I emailed customer service. Again, I got an automated reply stating that I'd be contacted in 24 hours, but it never happened. I finally called and got a positive response, but after that phone call, it took me three days before I was able to speak with the operator, who was a tremendous help.

Good products but site is a bit … Good products but site is a bit difficult to navigate as far as finding products. The large slider is eye catching but way too large and takes up too much screen real estate for those looking to purchase something specific. It took a bit to find the drop down product at the top mostly because when it pops up all you see are the pics of products not the navigation pane. Otherwise the company is good and I have bought apple products from them and been very happy with them.

The best mac keyboard EVER !! I had a small issue with one of their products, and I have to say their customer service is the BEST I have experienced in years. As far as the Kanex multi-connect keyboard? Amazing keyboard... use it to control my IPAD, Desktop and phone with one push of the button. The scissor action is great too.

The products are good The products are good, which is the most important aspect. Ordering was more difficult than expected because of problems of using American Express. I ordered 4 items but received only 3 in a box with no packing and no paperwork to indicate if the item was back-ordered or just short shipped. I contacted Kanex who said they would send the short shipped item. That was 10 days ago - still waiting.
