NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Ordered tracker and received it by mail. However, no instructions were included. Went on to their website and couldn't find any information of how to SET UP or START TRACKING DEVICE anywhere. All the confusing information on the website is abut selling and comparing themselves to other products, but no attention was given to help people who have already purchased. Definitely not a user friendly product. After spending almost an hour trying to figure it out I just decided to get rid of it and try something else.

Rubbish - AVOID 🤡🤡🤡 Never worked. We’re advised by them to remove & re add it. Can’t be re added except by them. They requested a screenshot showing its ID number. Sent it. They requested a screenshot showing its ID number…? Presumably they pay peanuts……. And if that is not bad enough most of the retailers who sell their products do not know the difference between ones which are Bluetooth and ones which are cellular and often will sell you a Bluetooth tracker telling you that it is what it is not. My advice: Don’t waste your time, patience and money on this product. You will have to write it off and throw it in the bin. Rubbish all round…🤡

I looked at many reviews I looked at many reviews, and concluded that the guy who said all the positive (5 star) reviews are faked is correct! There were 4 in a row that referred to "The Persistent Company"... Like one said "The Persistent Company never ceases to amaze me!" But a few reviews later a supposedly different person said "The Persistent Company ceases to amaze me!"--he repeated himself but was careless...

Purchased but not received Purchased but not received XY Find It sent my unit via UPS but its never arrived (as confirmed on the UPS website) and it cant be located! bloody useless as a tracker devise! (bit tongue in cheek but seriously) XY Find It don't want to know and have stopped answering my emails! I just wish i had read these reviews before purchasing. Now going through PayPal to try and get a refund

Bought five hoping to tag the items I… Bought five hoping to tag the items I need to keep finding. Total rubbish, intermittent, keeps setting off phone when dormant, and range is useless. I would seriously look at alternatives before choosing this. I spent 160 us dollars and extra money importing to UK. Deeply regret this purchase having been whooed by clever advertising, never again
