Audible alert too quiet. 4. long distance locating is dependent on the XY Community,(another person with this product must be near it.) 5. Software not refined in its development This unit (level4) not ready to be sold and appears to have been rushed to market. Many software issues. After many hours testing the unit, its time to throw it in the junk drawer and give up....

does not work unless your keys are 5 m away does not work unless your keys are 5 m away. Then intermittently. As for my dog, the tag is too big for a small dog. Noticed a lot of reviews were reported, probably the negative ones! Purchasing experience was fine.

I understand the bluetooth… I understand the bluetooth limintations, the group networking, If it worked as advertised, it would be fine but they don't work. I bought 25 of them on sale, great advertising. They are the 4++, I tried several of them on multiple phones they all have the same issue. after 5 minutes they go to sleep. they work for 5 minutes then shut down. support says to unregester and reconnect, no help. A lot of engering to be a scam but something went wrong with the new model programing or the android update. hoping for a program update to fix the problem. So much bad press it may be too late.

I would seriously look at alternatives before choosing this. I spent 160 us dollars and extra money importing to UK. Deeply regret this purchase having been whooed by clever advertising, never again

Purchased but not received Purchased but not received XY Find It sent my unit via UPS but its never arrived (as confirmed on the UPS website) and it cant be located! bloody useless as a tracker devise! (bit tongue in cheek but seriously) XY Find It don't want to know and have stopped answering my emails! I just wish i had read these reviews before purchasing. Now going through PayPal to try and get a refund
