Not impressed at all Not impressed at all. Their advertising suggests you could track a car but good luck with that - it can barely track keys in your home. Added to the insult was that one of the 5 I received doesn’t work at all and another simply won’t connect - XY ‘helpdesk’ suggested it was flat batteries - from brand new products? Extremely disappointed and just feel it was misleading at best, if not downright dishonest advertising

I was extremely disappointed with this… I was extremely disappointed with this product. I spent $200 on six beacons, expecting that I would be using this on several items. I followed all the directions and have a good Wi-Fi signal at my house. I used a Samsung S22 phone. The beacon would chime when I would pick up my keys or wallet, but when I used my phone to try to locate them it would say that my items were out of range. And then the app would crash. I contacted tech support via email. I gave them all the information, pictures and even a small video.... They continually wrote back asking me the same questions about pictures and offering the same advice that did not help my issue. I'm not even convinced there were real people in Tech support, I think it was just robo replies. Very very disappointed....

XY Find It Ordered one of their Bluetooth tracking devices and lanyard. Never received anything after waiting several weeks. Emails requesting a money refund only met with lame duck excuses, a phoney UPS tracking number and advice to contact our Customs people. Which I did. They had no knowledge of the shipment and UPS said the tracking number was false. Looks like the Persistent company is operating a scam.

I would seriously look at alternatives before choosing this. I spent 160 us dollars and extra money importing to UK. Deeply regret this purchase having been whooed by clever advertising, never again
