GBCan't get help from support emails. Contacted customer support when one of the XY2 showed up as claimed so I couldn't use it. They responded saying it was reset but it wasn't. Contacted again, and again and again with no good answers, only links to help pages (which are broken). Can't get support. Looks like they are shutting down.

NZPerfect for tracking cat Downloading app, personalising name and pairing on smart phone by bluetooth is a smooth process. This wee GPS is superb for keeping track of our grandbaby Burmese when it comes to us for respite care (attached to collar). Highly recommend.

GBNot impressed at all Not impressed at all. Their advertising suggests you could track a car but good luck with that - it can barely track keys in your home. Added to the insult was that one of the 5 I received doesn’t work at all and another simply won’t connect - XY ‘helpdesk’ suggested it was flat batteries - from brand new products? Extremely disappointed and just feel it was misleading at best, if not downright dishonest advertising

GB1) Track it across the country??? 1) Track it across the country???? It's a Bluetooth device!!!10 meters range. False advertising. 2) Unable to verify my email to activate the device, all browsers are blocking the connection with their website as being scam. So...Scam. I have emailed customer support, requesting a full refund, total waste of money.

GBWish I had this Sooner Super useful finder. I should have attached it to my girlfriend, probably would have helped me find out what a huge cheating slut she was way earlier, instead, I bought a ring and proposed. I hate you tamara!
