GBI was extremely disappointed with this… I was extremely disappointed with this product. I spent $200 on six beacons, expecting that I would be using this on several items. I followed all the directions and have a good Wi-Fi signal at my house. I used a Samsung S22 phone. The beacon would chime when I would pick up my keys or wallet, but when I used my phone to try to locate them it would say that my items were out of range. And then the app would crash. I contacted tech support via email. I gave them all the information, pictures and even a small video.... They continually wrote back asking me the same questions about pictures and offering the same advice that did not help my issue. I'm not even convinced there were real people in Tech support, I think it was just robo replies. Very very disappointed....

GBFaked 5 star reviews?? I couldn’t help but notice that each of the one star reviews has a different date, and about 90% of the five star reviews were written over a two week period, February 15 to March 1, 2019. The vast majority of these five star reviews contain only a few words, like “Awesome product” or “Love this company.” Countless reviews in two weeks (45 written on March 1 alone) with all of them giving the product five stars. Nearly every other review says the product is garbage - one star - with each review written on a different date and considerably more detailed than just a few words. Did someone write a bunch of fake reviews to boost their product’s rating? It’s kind of obvious, wouldn’t you say?

FRInteresting how all the first few… So many fake reviews! Interesting how all the first few hundred reviews, obviously bought by the company, make no mention of what the product is or does but generally praise the company effusively. Not very typical of real reviews. The last few reviews are made by REAL people!

GBCan't get help from support emails. Contacted customer support when one of the XY2 showed up as claimed so I couldn't use it. They responded saying it was reset but it wasn't. Contacted again, and again and again with no good answers, only links to help pages (which are broken). Can't get support. Looks like they are shutting down.

GBRubbish - AVOID 🤡🤡🤡 Never worked. We’re advised by them to remove & re add it. Can’t be re added except by them. They requested a screenshot showing its ID number. Sent it. They requested a screenshot showing its ID number…? Presumably they pay peanuts……. And if that is not bad enough most of the retailers who sell their products do not know the difference between ones which are Bluetooth and ones which are cellular and often will sell you a Bluetooth tracker telling you that it is what it is not. My advice: Don’t waste your time, patience and money on this product. You will have to write it off and throw it in the bin. Rubbish all round…🤡
