I unfortunately had the same experience… I unfortunately had the same experience as the other reviews-opened the package and it had a sticker slapped on it from Lumina, but it was sent from”Horrigan” a dodgy Chinese company. Customer service was really great at first, said no problem would refund me and refund the anmount it cost to ship item back. But alas, when following up on my refund and shipping refund, No reply, looks like they’re out of business now.? Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Do not buy this no matter how pretty it looks! Same negative experience as most other actual buyers. It's all a fake. My computer won't even let me download the app the camera supposedly needs to do any of what was promised because it's says it's a fraudulent site. They've mimicked Apple's packaging to make you think you're getting something high-end but it's a total piece of crap. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Do not buy this!! Do not buy this!!! This is not a legit company says it's in America but shipped from china. I ordered a pump it took weeks to arrive despite paying for express delivery by which point my milk supply stopped despite trying to hand pump. I wrote asking for a refund and was offered 20% discount which I declined as I had no need for the pump so requested returns instructions and was ignored despite a number of emails. I then decided to give the pump to a friend who is a new mum, she has informed the pump does not have sufficient suction, does not effectively collect milk, leaks everywhere, is hard to empty. Complete waste of £80 that I could not afford to lose.

Scam company Bought the wearable breast pumps (bought two) ended up wasting £180 for some fake product, don’t buy from this company it’s a scam! You’re better off buying anything off amazon! I tried contacting them but they were ‘unreachable’, pretty sure they just block everyone that buys them. Just avoid lumina!
