Refund promised, then ghosted Expected: took longer than planned to arrive (no big deal) Unexpected: the quality was nothing like what is shown on the website/indiegogo campaign Criminal: I sent the camera back, was promised a refund, 2+ weeks later, it hasn't arrived. I was told it was imminent. Now they're not responding to emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Fake product ads, return to Taiwan I ordered the camera and found the quality to be NOTHING like advertised. I literally had a side-by-side of my 7 year old Logitech C920 and the lumina and the lumina was pixellated and off-coloured. I played with the settings for half an hour and still couldn't get it to look at all reasonable. Also whenever using the background blur there is a halo around me unlike anything on their website. Clearly the website videos are faked. WORSE they want me to pay $100 to return it to Taiwan when it was shipped from within the country.

Avoid this company! I’d give 0 if I could! Same as some of the reviews below, lumina sent me the wrong brand of breast pumps. They were sent back unused to China(!) at a cost of £27 back in July - their website states UK and USA ops but products sent from/to china. We’re now in October and the company still haven’t refunded me and they have now stopped responding to my emails - I had the same response every time ‘finance department are looking into the refund’. I’ve had to contact my bank in an attempt to do a chargeback.

Do not buy this!! Do not buy this!!! This is not a legit company says it's in America but shipped from china. I ordered a pump it took weeks to arrive despite paying for express delivery by which point my milk supply stopped despite trying to hand pump. I wrote asking for a refund and was offered 20% discount which I declined as I had no need for the pump so requested returns instructions and was ignored despite a number of emails. I then decided to give the pump to a friend who is a new mum, she has informed the pump does not have sufficient suction, does not effectively collect milk, leaks everywhere, is hard to empty. Complete waste of £80 that I could not afford to lose.

Terrible experience with this company Terrible experience with this company. I ordered a breast pump and was given no indication as to when it would arrive despite paying an addional fee for express delivery. I eventually had to order a different pump from another company. I then proceeded to return the product when it eventually arrived from China. I was informed that I would receive a full refund upon receipt. After chasing by email the company finally confirmed that they had received the product and would issue a refund, they never did. I have had to make a claim via my credit card company instead.
