Scam company Scam company. Recieved my pump that cost CDN $274 (including warranty) but it was in a box with Chinese writing and had “Horigen” on it instead of “lumina”, I asked for money back but they said I would have to ship it back. Shipping was gonna cost over $200 so I said no. Then they offered a 30% refunded, and I never ended up getting the refund as they started ignoring my emails!! And the bank won’t refund me so I’m out of luck.

Anyone reported to the police Anyone reported to the police? I think we can gather together thru online to charge them with proper legal actions. At least they will publish worldwide that they are scammer to avoid victim in their activity in the future. Im willing to spend more dollars to make an legal actions again them if they not fullfill this project.

Scam company Scam company. I've been duped with a malfunctioning breast pump. It lasted all of two weeks before it failed. Customer service was initially responsive now not returning my emails at all. I was also worried as my bank picked up that the payment might be fraudulent so I doubt going to be able to get my money back that way. Avoid them

One star is being generous. One star is generous. The breast pump is absolutely faulty, it’s painful when you do manage to get 5 seconds of it functioning and has really impacted my feeding. Customer service will ignore you despite the rubbish on their website about returns and warranty. DO NOT BUY !

Do not buy this no matter how pretty it looks! Same negative experience as most other actual buyers. It's all a fake. My computer won't even let me download the app the camera supposedly needs to do any of what was promised because it's says it's a fraudulent site. They've mimicked Apple's packaging to make you think you're getting something high-end but it's a total piece of crap. DO NOT BUY THIS!
